We love this freezer and it’s perfect for our apartment. It’s quiet and holds so much! We had a small snag after about 7 months of usage but was under the 1 year warranty. The customer service was extremely fast, helpful, and easy! I highly recommend purchasing this while feeling at ease knowing how supportive the customer service is. We will definitely be purchasing from them again in future when we have more space.

Does everything and then some.

Freezer arrived in perfect condition well protected. It only took 2 hours to get down to -2. I'd recommend the setting at 5 to maintain this. We won't pack it full as it's roomy and it's just me my wife and our dog. His frozen food takes up some of the bottom and I tested the racks that sit on top with some vacuum sealed steaks and it was frozen solid just as much as the bottom food. It sits in our guest bedroom in the corner and is super quiet.

Completely stopped cooling after less than three months. Return time is only 1 month.

Stopped cooling after ~3 months of very minimal use. Makes a clicking noise but never seems to actually kick on. This is outside of the 1 month return window. I have contacted the manufacturer to see if any return or fix is possible but so far it seems like I am not only out of ~$170 USD but also have a bulk item I have to figure out how to get rid off. I do NOT recommend. Look elsewhere.

Seems good so far. Put it in a travel trailer.

When I looked up the watts it said something pretty low but if you’re wondering it runs at about 80w and has a start up surge around 350-550. My little 12v 300w inverter couldn’t handle it. Had to put it on my battery pack.

It works great! It has a lot of room for several items. We used it to store bags of ice and food for our camping trip. It plugged into a regular outlet. I highly recommend it. It is also great for a small space.
