I have to say i love these chairs but i have an issue with the company that makes them. The chairs are great, easy to assemble, comfortable. I love that you can remove the covers and wash them. I love the color (got the cream). My issue with the company is that they dont sell the covers in other colors. If you want the green ones, they expect you to buy another set of chairs. Makes no sense. We should be able to just buy the covers and be able to change the look of the chairs. I ordered 6 and dont want to have to buy another 6 just to be able to have green chairs. Ordered 2 of the KISLOT dining chairs and loved them so much I ordered another...Received it sooner than expected like the others...One problem, the stuffing on this chair is missing on the lower half of the back cushion. I have tried to move the stuffing around towards the lower half of the cushion but to no avail. Pics attached show the good chair with a great back cushion and two pics of the faulty one. Still love the look of these chairs just cannot figure out how to add more stuffing. UPDATE: I am very pleased with the Customer Service of this company. Since the defective chair back is stationary they could not send me a new cushion. Instead they sent me another chair. I could not ask for better communication and highly recommend you buy from them. OK, there is actually a lot to love about these chairs, but two things that drive me nuts. First the cons, the fabric on the legs is just hanging fabric, in the picture. It looks like it’s stuffed or at least the fabric attaches to the frame at the bottom, but these are free free flowing material. Therefore, you can see in the picture how they come out, looking wrinkled, and if you bumped the back of the chair your foot goes into the space where the frame is. That’s not how they look in the photos. These would be better if they put Velcro tape along the bottom of the frame that then you fold the fabric onto to keep it taught I will likely do this myself, but that’s going to be a lot of of Velcro tape and likely would have to sew onto the material. The other con is the wheels are plastic, granted they do look a little bit, thicker and heavy duty than most plastic wheels, but still worried about the longevity and possibly needing to replace them with sturdier wheels later. Now the pros: as you can see in the picture, my cat absolutely loves this material. She has never ever sat in any of our chairs before, but as soon as I put these together, this is where I now find her, her $400 cat tree no longer gets any attention so be prepared to be a kitty magnet. The material is very nice material. It is upholstery high-quality material and very soft. The chairs are extremely comfortable even for my husband who has a bad back and very picky about chairs. One thing to note I’m 5‘5“ tall and only the tips of my toe barely scrape the ground so a Shorty get to have swinging legs, but that doesn’t bother me at all. They roll very very smooth on my tile floors to the point you want to make sure to hold the chair for elderly when they sit so they don’t go swinging across the room which could be unexpected fun for them! 😂 the frame on this is 100% steel for the seated area and I can imagine we hold a lot of weight, the backing is MDF that attaches to the metal frame. All in all, I love these chairs, but I’m a bit irked about the material at the bottom because these were more expensive than the other ones I first chose and I would’ve expected a more finished bottom half of the chair. ... show more

Casters on these chairs have damaged my oak floors. I like the chairs however the casters are bad and they will all have to be replaced.
