YOU WILL BE SO FRUSTRATED: the carpet isn’t rolled properly when it’s shipped. It’s packaged in a way that causes PERMANENT WRINKLES. I’m talking HUGE wrinkles that make it look awful and even cause a safety hazard for tripping. My automatic vacuum can’t even make it over the wrinkles. It bumps in to them and turns around. They are multiple inches high! These won’t come out. It’s not like a wrinkle in clothing. The backing of the carpet is almost like a plastic. Once it’s been bent like this, it’s damaged. The worst part is that the carpet is actually decent for the price. All they had to do is roll it properly. If you poke around, you’ll find plenty of reviews like mine. I’d rather have gotten a lower quality product if it would just lay flat. Last: this might be the first review I’ve ever written and I’ve ordered tons of things from amazon. That should tell you how angry I am. You pay almost $250 for this and they literally ruin it before it gets to you. Livid.

We bought this will a lot of apprehension since you never know- but this was beautiful. The colors are exactly as shown and the design is gorgeous when at the 8x12 size. A lot of the simpler designs don't look as good when magnified at that size, but this pattern is intricate enough that it looks beautiful at this size. The main thing we wanted was a rug with finished edges on all sides- which many of the other companies on Amazon don't do. This rug has a nice finished edge on all sides. My only disappointment is that is still hasn't fully smoothed out flat on my floor and I've had it for several months.

Beautiful colors, gives an elegant look to the rooms. I purchased 3 sizes of this same style and color. I really like them for the small price I paid for them. I wanted these colors and found they complement my décor. The only thing I can say about the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because these rugs are very thin. I think they measured less than 1/4" and I really wanted something thicker. These are not plush rugs and need to have rug pads under them(which I still have to purchase but want to see them in a store) Still, they look very nice and certainly enhance the look of my rooms. Had I seen them in person I may not have wanted them because they are so thin but I will use them with pads for now and when I'm ready to buy more plush rugs I will move these to the bedrooms. Regardles, they really are very pretty and I must say, made well.

This rug is absolutely stunning. Soft, somewhat thick, and very beautiful colors. The pic shows when we just put it down. There are some weights to flatten the corners, but you should get the idea of how this looks in person.

Beautiful rug! I fell immediately in love with it when I saw it and knew I had to have it. I do want to point out that the navy isn't a true navy but very very dark tone of that, if not black. I did notice that over time and with high traffic, that color will fade out into dark blue.

With colors that are exactly as pictured and a nap that's thick, soft and plush, this rug looks great-- and far more luxurious than its price would suggest. It was delivered a day early, in perfect condition. Beautifully rolled, it unfurled with no creases at all, and with just a little weighting of some of the edging it was lying flat within 24 hours. Since I've only had it for three days, I can't speak to its long-term shedding (so far, none at all) or how it will wear, but at this point I'm totally delighted with it.

And, their customer service is just fine too as I had to return a second runner only because it did not fit the space it was intended for. That would have been the fifth rug. Well, this purchase is my fourth rug of the same family...5 ft 3 in x 7 ft 3 in square, 5 ft 3 in round, 2 ft 3 in x 7 ft 3 in runner and they compliment each other superbly. I love them all!
