This moisture meter worked well and is easy to use. Has a good battery life and can detect moisture in in almost any kind of a surface. I bought one when I was checking for mold in the house. Didn't find mold but I found my my shower was definitely leaking onto my tile floor

Unfortunately we had some water damage and this was easy to use. It was accurate with indicating what areas were damaged from the leak and very functional. I would recommend.
