The stud finding ability this unit has is great. The other bonus features of detecting AC behind the wall isnt. Its more false positives than false negatives. I opened up a wall hoping that there was a wire behind there to tap into for a ceiling fan install but there was none. I may have picked up a power strip on the floor above.
