Cheap, crappy SD card
I was so excited, as I had heard so many good things about this console. Didn’t work out of the box and I couldn’t play it the first night. Couldn’t figure it out with support, so they’re sending me a new SD card. I FINALLY figured out that it was a resolution issue and got it working, for maybe a half hour. One of the games I tried to play crashed and I haven’t been able to get it back on since. Hoping that this new SD card resolves the issue, but what an absolute bummer. It would have been nice if the console had actually worked out of the gate, seeing as that is what you’re paying for. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because when it DID work, it was a thing of beauty. I might update my review if it turns out that a new SD card resolves the issue. **UPDATE** Changing it to a one star review. This second console was actually worse than the first one. This thing won’t even move past the HK1 Series screen. It just keeps rebooting over and over again. If your only resolution to fix these issues is to tell people to reflash the card, then you have a serious problem. I shouldn’t NEED to reflash the card. It should work out of the friggin box. ... show more

Price and quality are very good.
Husband is loving playing all the games from his child hood. The quality of the picture is not like now a day games, as you have to remember these games are from 30/40 years ago. Still fun

BEWARE OF SCAM
WARNING DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Does not work at all. SD cards are compromised and nothing about this product will work at all.(unless it's actually designed to just frustrate people) And they try hard to make sure you don't get your money back. Hoping to save others from making this same mistake. Only writing this review in hopes of actually getting them to give me my money back. ... show more

Very good retro console device.
Works very well with the retro games that I play. Controller’s hook up fast wirelessly. Unit boots up fast and the software front end is up to date. I am very happy with this new kinhank console. Keep up the great work.

Glitchy and Not "plug and play"
I purchased this knowing it would not be the same as having the real console system, but even with that lowered expectation in mind I was still very disappointed. The product was very glitchy. It was missing 75% of the games I was hoping to play with my kids. The controller mapping was difficult and ultimately I gave up. I'm not tech illiterate, but maybe this product is more geared to a more savvy individual. It's far from plug and play for majority of the "console" systems. At least that was my experience ... show more
