These chairs are an excellent addition to an outdoor space. The reclining feature and extendable ottoman allows us to use them as loungers near the pool but also allows them to simply be chairs if needed. They seem incredibly well built and sturdy, but I will update on their longevity after some time considering they will be in an uncovered, sunny space. The fold up feature is great since we bring in all the outdoor furniture when a hurricane approaches. I was provided a 5-8 day delivery window when I ordered and the chairs arrived in 3 days. Assembly was very easy and instructions were clear - I assembled each chair in about an hour each. I highly recommend these for the price and will update if we come across any issues. Update - Still love the chairs but a couple notes after some usage. The tops of the armrests and ottoman are smooth but the sides of the pieces are textured. When the ottoman is extended, the bottom of your legs or ankles rub on a textured piece which can be uncomfortable over time. The armrests are also textured on both sides so if your arms aren’t perfectly on top, the texture can become a little bothersome. That’s the only suggestion on possible improvement I have so far but honestly, an oversized towel could fix the issue.

The media could not be loaded. Overall a nice chair. Very handy to have a cup holder and it is fairly sturdy and well built. Comfortable. It's a little bit finicky to get the chair to lean back because the arms sometimes don't lift up to go back and be careful not to pinch your fingers when leaning back on the arm rest underside! Good material to power wash off dirt and bird poop The main big reason it isn't 5 stars- The safety pin holes on the front legs to prevent the chair from folding up, the part of that hole in the inside of the chair near the groove track for the foot/leg rest, often times the bolt on the foot/leg rest that follows that groove comes out and gets stuck in the pin hole, the groove track and safety pin hole are right next to each other. So when you are trying to put the foot rest back into the chair it doesn't go back in without some major pushing pulling and wiggling when it slips out of the groove (which was happening a lot to my 2 chairs I bought). I have decided to loosen the bolts completely to the point that the foot leg rest can come fully out of the chair, then when I want to use the foot rest I stick the part that would go into the chair partially in the chair (the front of the chair under the seat) and lower the foot rest legs. ALSO, if you are sitting and want to get the foot rest out from under your seat, it's very difficult to do so. My brother, wife and myself all had issues with this. Most times you have to stand up to take out the foot rest. To get back into your seat with the foot rest out is difficult also. Might be better idea to get a foot rest that is separate from the chair, then you can move it when you need to get up easier and move it back after you sit, without trying to step over the foot rest. I'm going to keep the foot rests off the 2 chairs I purchased now. I don't think I would return the chairs, but I was pretty close to returning the chairs.

I can’t even believe my good fortune in finding this set of four HDEP Adirondack Chairs by KINGYES! The chairs have adjustable backs and retractable foot rests making them perfect for sitting in the sun on my deck or on my dock. I love that they are made from heavy duty plastic wood and should last far longer than my wooden chairs ever have. The color is a bright turquoise and, well, fun! It feels like summer just looking at these chairs. They required some assembly but no more than chairs I’ve ordered that cost twice as much. I cannot say enough positive things about this set of chairs, I LOVE THEM!

Great chairs. Solid, comfortable, moderate difficulty to assemble. Seem to weather well so far. Survived one New England winter very well. They are heavy. This has been a plus so far because they don’t blow around our deck in heavy winds, which other lighter weight chairs do. I love that they recline, and the high back is nice to be able to rest your head back. I recommend!

The chair was easy enough to assemble if you're accustomed to diy assembly - a reasonable # of pieces, clear-enough instructions, properly-labelled components. The issue is that the components really are not manufactured to sufficiently-precise tolerances that they go together smoothly for proper operation. The foot rest legs jam when you try to store them underneath the seat. It takes a lot of folding and banging to get them properly situated. It is almost impossible to recliner the back rest - the relevant potions of the rests are too wide and do not operate smoothly - I need to whack them repeatedly with a rubber mallet to try to adjust the back angle. The same holds true for the pins which lock the folding mechanism - good luck I serting them. I would absolute return this if it weren't for the bother of having to disassemble and repackage it for return shipping. I paid for the reclining and folding features, but will end up having to use it as an ordinary, fixed-back, non-folding chair. I could have bought one of those for much less.
