1- DO read the instructions. Even with that, they r not written well. 2- ATTACH the front legs to the bottom chair seat FIRST. And then add the arms (front attachment) and THEN the back of the seat. This method Will give u the stability to put together without fighting and slipping pieces. I am an older woman and I did this by myself, with no extra hands to help, in about 30 mins. And I managed to do it wo cursing!!! 3 - do not tighten fully when assembling. U will need to have a small amt of movement and it will just take longer and u will have to loosen things OTW. 4- there r NO extra screws so make sure u use the ones it’s indicates in instructions 5- recommend using an Allen bit that fits screw head bec hand tighten with a lousy small Allen wrench will have u cursing for sure! 6- you will only need a ALLEN bit and a PHILLIPS bit medium size. And it barely fit thru my 36” exterior door (maybe will fit smaller doors if u have help) So if u have small exit doors , do this construction OUTSIDE or in your garage. I love the color of mine as we had matching plastic ones so the kids can use those now and we can use these heavier duty ones! I plan on leaving these outside but will purchase covers for them. I think you will enjoy them! The only things I didn’t like were the awful instructions and I love the feel of the deep, deep chairs that allow u to sink in but these r north that deep, however they will be used daily by us as we take the dogs out and I am grateful for a reasonably priced chair that allows comfortable sitting ! ... show more

It seems to be made out of very good, high-quality UV resistant plastic. Material kind of feels like if you melt soda bottle caps and try to make furniture out of it. I hope it was made out of recycled plastic, but they were stuffing in the description about that, but it feels like it is. This chair is perfect except the forth slat from the back on the seat is warped. Would rate as a 5 if the seat didn’t have a warped slat. Review will be updated if seller responds and send a replacement slat.

Love the chairs- easy to put together. My only wish is that the back was adjustable. But it's great that they are foldable so they can be brought inside during the winter to store.

    • Very nice chair for the price.
I purchased two of these. The first one took about 30 minutes to assemble. The second about 15 minutes. They are solid and heavy. Nice looking chairs. Relativley comfortable consdering you are sitting on a very hard surface. I would buy these again!

Received the chair in quicker delivery. Color is nice. I was excited to put them together. Then realized the important insert for the hole is missing. The bolt coming through won’t latch or to be tightened. Very disappointed! I cannot find the phone number to call. I only find the email address to file the complaint. I will see how it goes. Stay tuned. I got responses in email that the missing parts will be shipped from different facility. It takes 5-10 days. I am very glad that I don’t have to return the heavy chair, and I like the color very much. I am raising 1 star to 3 stars. I will update when I get the parts. Update: I received the parts via fedex to get the chair fixed. The customer service rep did great job following up with me. So I am raising the star to 4 ... show more

    • Bought 2, one was missing the inserts on part "G".
First one was easy to assemble. The second one was even faster. Got to the final step of bolting part "G" to the rear legs to stabilize the legs, and the inserts on either end of part "G" were missing. There is no way to get a hold of the manufacturer, so I contacted amazon. They offered a replacement, but the chair was fully assembled, this was the final piece to help stabilize the legs. The ended up giving me a full refund, so I'm happy. ... show more
