Shipping was delayed by a week but that is to be expected these days. FedEx Freight delivery was efficient and placed the box in our garage. Cage is very well made - my second Kings Cage - they are very sturdy, no dented or bent parts. Extra hardware included. Strong hardware - nothing cheap with these cages. Very sturdy wheels - nice because we move our cage inside and out. Wooden dowel perches included are disposable - my macaw eats them in a day. We used concrete and rope perches in the cage - and will be replacing the top pieces with manzanita. Love the removable tray on top - makes for easy cleaning. Feed bowl doors are east and latches are great. GREAT cage ... show more

Unfortunately the cage we received was the wrong color, but that was no fault of the seller. It appears the website pictures were improperly coded. After contacting Amazon for the return we got a call direct from the seller, Bonka Bird Toys, and they were courteous, polite, and helpful, arranging for a pickup of the cage and shipment of the new cage. They even sent along some free bird toys for my trouble as well as offering a discount. I could not be happier with this seller, and will certainly use them again. As to the cage itself it's perfect. I had never before bought a King Cage, only Prevue, and the difference is day and night so far as quality. The King Cage is well built, and this particular model is quite roomy, and large enough for a Macaw, although I decided to spoil my African Grey, who, as I write this is happily playing with all the toys one can easily hang in there. The door locks are foolproof and my Grey, an escape artist in his own right, has already tried them, unsuccessfully. I highly recommend these cages and this company. I bought this cage for my Quaker parrot so she’d have plenty of room to move around when she’s locked up during the day. She loves it and it has tons of room for her to move around and even fly. It’s big door makes it easy to clean, and the food and water bowl doors make accessing her bowls easy for cleaning. She loves it and happily put herself to bed each night after spending the evening flying around the house. ... show more

had extra bolts and not enough nuts for the bolts . box was damaged and two top perches where broken but no damage to the bar they sat on , lucky my husband was going to the hardware store and cage is not put together and so far its great, now looking for the perch replacement other then that all in all its a great cage ... show more

The cage is beautiful and I am sure when I get my baby Mcaw he will love it! The only draw back, it there were no assembly instructions included and it was missing 3 screws( but my husband was able to replace them). It looks like it will be easy to clean, since the lower pan pulls out. Over all… I love this cage! ... show more

Got the cage a few days ago. We put it together and then kept it in the room with my Grey so she could get used to it. Just today we put her in the cage and she is in her glory! My husband put it together with no help from anyone, and he states that the quality is fantastic! So much room now for Nikki. Very pleased with the stainless steel dishes (her last cage employed glass crocks), and the set up for the dishes. The cage was even bigger than I had envisioned. We bought this for our Umbrella Cockatoo. Well I bet it would hold a hyacinth, definitely a macaw!!! We measured it to be 3” longer than our other U2 and when it came, it’s WAY BIGGER! Like nearly 2x!!! On top of that, my Houdini bird isn’t going to be able to escape. Gorgeous cage that more than worth the cost!!! Amazing deal!!! Update: BOTH my U2s fit in it easily with TONs of room!!!! And still my Houdini (bottom left bird in pic) bird hasn’t escaped!!!!! I’m so happy as this makes cage #4 that she’s broke! This may save us annual cage purchases!!!! Thank you King’s cage for making amazing quality cages!!! ... show more
