We love our new king size bed. The wood and tufted headboard are so rich in color that I can’t help but just stare at it sometimes! The construction is sturdy and assembly was rather quick with my husband and myself working together. I chose a new comforter from Belk in Autumnal Pheasant by Biltmore and the soft warm colors of the bedding look so nice and peaceful when paired together with this beautiful bed. Love! My only thing is the headboard is a little shorter than what I wanted, but a taller headboard for this kind of bed (looks and quality) would have cost a $1,000 more. I’m quite happy with my purchase so that one tiny ‘con’ didn’t matter! Also, this wasn’t a deal breaker for me either, but the wood railing on the side of the bed is two pieces instead of just one piece of wood, but I actually I think it probably makes it more sturdy when I saw how it was put together. ... show more

Product is fairly valued and attractive. In shipping there were a couple minor breaks that I glued together. Company apologized and offered to replace it, but we settled on a $150 discount on purchase price.

I had a small issue nothing that was anyone’s fault but contacted customer service and they immediately made it right ! This bed has a warranty that they stand behind I couldn’t be happier! You’ll be happy with this it’s well made and super heavy and beautiful!!!

    • There were multiple alignment issue with the assmebly

assemble Z was not properly drilled the holes are totally out from the other assembly, it was not fitting. Also the wooden strips were attached improperly, and there were one wooden strip missing I just added it from my old bed. overall it is not value for money.

The media could not be loaded. I’ll update when it’s built but dang… this arrived much later than expected and the box was destroyed. Upon opening, there are major holes and scuffs all over. It said it can only be returned in the original box so we’re going to try and see how it goes… Update: when it’s put together, it’s pretty! But the construction process was pretty bad. We used a few brackets to secure a lot of pieces that were not holding together. I’m hoping to get a replacement footboard because that’s the only part we couldn’t salvage. ... show more

First of all let me say I love this bed! It’s finally all together, and I feel so grown with this baby. The frame is nice and sturdy, the upholstery is well done. It’s not a cheap velour, or plastic feeling material. It feels like thick interior canvas. Makes my room look so elevated when it totally is not! Our mattress is a King 76"W x 80"L x 14"H 114 LBS. it fits perfectly into the frame with out a box spring. That being said the actual frame is low to the ground with only about 3-4 inches of clearance. If you have a thinner mattress you might want a box spring or risers to raise it up. *if you get risers you need 8. Four for the legs on the outside and four for the middle bar legs.*** We put four 4inch risers on to see and the bed was wobbling and the center bar started to buckle inward. it would be sturdier with more. My husband put it together besides a few hiccups. Like the middle brace bar I had to pull it in place and screw the bolt in while holding the bar in the right spot. Some holes didn’t sign well. Ect, normal yet annoying things. Besides that it took him an hour and a half tops to put it all together. I do wish I could see more of the headboard. But that’s the price you pay for a million pillows and a huge mattress. It still looks great. The caveat…y’all my mattress was on the ground for 2 1/2 weeks because we got two r1 legs sent to us. We did contact the seller and they were able to issue a $100 refund, and sent us out the right leg for free. It did take about 12 ish days. lol so we were in quite a pickle with just a headboard and a mattress on the ground. My kids loved it, but the charm wore off for me. That was a bummer but the bed is done and STUNNING. All and all if you like this bed get it. It’s cheaper here than on other sites. Just be aware you might have to contact the seller about missing pieces or what have you. They are more than happy to help. Lastly, check every piece before you start putting it together! Parts of the bed were broken off and we nailed them back in place/ used wood glue. You get what you pay for since $500 for a king bed is cheap, otherwise pretty good quality and easy to put together.
