I had to flip one of the velcro pieces to ensure the slats would attach properly, and I also found one of the screws difficult to insert. The media could not be loaded. I loved this bed! Since it’s for a beach house and there’s always humidity, I didn’t want fabric, but I wanted something affordable that still looked elegant. I ordered the lightest color, but it arrived much darker. When I called Amazon, they immediately helped me exchange it, and I realized it was actually the same shade as before — which just means the dark brown must be even darker. One of the side panels came scratched, but it didn’t bother me because Amazon has always responded quickly to any issue. They immediately sent me a replacement part. I 100% recommend this bed! This queen bed frame is super nice! It fits my bed perfectly no extra space anywhere around the frame and mattress. Perfect snug fit which means no squeaking or stubbing your toes and shins on edges 😅. It’s beautiful and didn’t take very long to assemble on my own.
