For under $300 for a king size it is hard to complain. It's comfortable, boxing was very heavy but I appreciate a bed in a box. Very convenient. No odor when I opened it.

We love this matress and so do the guests in our lake house. Fit the room we'll, excellent thickness, comfort, quality and it opened and expanded as planned. we let it sit for a few days moving it to help it open to its full size. Easy Simple we would buy again.

    • Impossible to box up to return... hence, it can't be returned.
It states "strong side support", it does NOT even have good side support, let alone strong. It is SOOOO uncomfortable! Also states it is a "medium firm", nope, it is medium at best. Wish I would have purchased the same bed I had purchased a couple months ago for a spare room, that bed is wonderful! You have to return in original packaging! Impossible! First, the cardboard box ripped. Also, I cannot possibly air vacuum a bed to get it to fit in any box. I am not a company who owns the kind of machinery to make that happen! ... show more
