    • Firm but comfortable
I ordered this mattress back in October 2023. The 10" black mattress. I'm usually not one to like a firm mattress and this mattress is quite firm. I have found though, that I sleep incredibly well on this mattress. Being memory foam, you do sink into the mattress some. Obviously body weight is going to be a factor in how far in you sink. I'm over 250lbs, so I sink in a good bit. It took several days for the mattress to fully expand. I expected the typical 48-72 hours for the mattress to expand, but it was nearly a week. I was a bit worried at first because of how long it was taking to expand but it did finally expand to full size. I bought this mattress to replace a "firm" hybrid mattress from another brand that never expanded to full size and would fully compress when I laid on it to the point of being able to feel the springs inside it. I decided to give the mattress a few months before writing a review due to past experiences. Fortunately, so far, this mattress has been nothing but great. It's so comfortable, I can't even lay on it to read or watch TV without almost immediately falling asleep. If you're in need of a new mattress, whether for a master bedroom, a kid's room or a guest bedroom, this one is an excellent choice. ... show more

My wife and I bought a tempur-pedic king sized mattress 15-20 years ago which we still use in our master bedroom. Back then...we paid about $2,800 for it. We purchased this mattress for a guest bedroom now that our kids left the nest (and took their mattress with them...lol). This mattress is fantastic! Its a bit stiffer than the tempur-pedic but we remember when we first got the tempur-pedic is was also hard, so we are pretty confident this will get even more comfortable over time. But it is great our of the box. No smell. Rose up to about 10 1/2 inches the first few days. My wife slept in it for a week while I quarantined myself with covid and she said it was very comfortable.     • Really nice for the money!
We've had this mattress a little over a month now. I wanted to wait a while before reviewing to give an honest review. For the money this is an excellent memory foam mattress. It's just memory foam though, so don't expect anything spectacular. I've had softer mattresses and firmer ones, this one is middle of the road. It's comfortable, the memory foam is very responsive to weight and once you get up the mattress returns to its normal size. I don't wake up hot due to the mattress getting hot, it also does a great job at not transferring weight, I can get in and out of bed and never wake my wife. For the money this is a fine product. We bought the 14in King, neither one of us are "small" for our size lol but the mattress accommodates us very well. I was worried that we would feel the frame beneath us after laying on the mattress for a while but that's not the case. Even after sleeping on it all night there's still a solid 6 inches between us and frame. I will say that once you take it out of the packaging, give it a fu 48 to 72 hrs to fully inflate and get to its correct size and spongy "ness" . I slept on mine the first night and it was not comfortable, quite rigid actually, but after 3 days it was a totally different mattress. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a king or queen memory foam on a budget. ... show more

This bed is really really nice for the price point. It decompresses quickly, it’s firm but not to firm, it kinda hugs you and keeps you in place in a good way. If you’re on the edge you should just get it it’s definitely worth it

Update: Two months in and this mattress is the best! I genuinely look forward to sleep! One month in and my first foam mattress and I am very happy. It is really comfortable, no hot spots and is holding its shape so far. I like a firm mattress, and this is firm but not uncomfortable. Sleeping more than I was on last bed. I bought a different bed in a box two years ago and paid twice the price of this one AND it sucked. At first it was ok but then got so soft that it killed my back and neck. I was sleeping like garbage. Then I found this one and I admit I was not keen on buying a new mattress so soon after the last one. I kinda thought “ok it’s cheap. It may be crap because it’s cheap, but it’s gotta be better than the one I have”. So this mattress came in, popped it open. Too easy. Waited the time to put it on the bed frame. My first thought was “ain’t know way this mattress is better than one twice the price that had the same claims”. Well it is!!!! This mattress is heaven. My neck and back pain are gone. I am actually sleeping now and not waking up every hour adjusting myself. This one is actually firm and feels like a literal dream. I could not be happier. I have been sleeping on it for a month or so and it’s no different today than the first night. Why didn’t I do this sooner??????!!!!!! All the sleepless nights and the pain was miserable.     • Making my room smell bad
I have had this mattress for about 7 months. In that time I started noticing a weird formaldehyde smell in my bedroom. I have owned my home for over ten years and have never had this issue. It seemed to get worse when the room was hot. I couldn't figure out what was causing the smell - thought everything from bad pet breath, floor vent contaminate, problem with fire place... The smell would go from really strong to not disernable at all. It wasn't until I had to shop for a mattress for another room that I appreciated it could come from a mattress. Unfortunetly, I can no longer return it. I will be moving it into the spare room. I should throw it out but can't afford to do so. I will be buying a chemical friendly replacement. I also will be reaching out to the manufacturer to see what I can do to mitigate the smell. UPDATE: the company has reached out to me. I am not sure what they will do / recommend.
