Comfortable, firm. Well packed with instructions. Right out the box, the bed feels well made. It's a bit heavy, due to its packaging, but it's easy to move around. It's medium-firm which I really like, but feels really comfortable to lay on. It's odorless once I unpacked it.

I'd recommend this mattress for a child or for a guest room where it won't get slept on much. It's decently bouncy and cushioned, but I wouldn't recommend it for an adult to sleep on consistently. I feel like it will wear quickly. It doesn't feel like a very sturdy spring structure. I got the 8" version, and it's a bit low for the headboard we have - there is a sizeable gap we hide with pillows.

We needed a mattress for our spare bedroom for guests that were coming to stay with us for a month and didn't want to invest too much money on a new mattress. When we saw this mattress, we had to try it despite being leery about the low cost. Well, I have to say, this mattress is much better than we thought it was going to be. The hybrid mattress arrived rolled up and is decently heavy. Usually decent mattresses have some weight to them as a whole. Once you open the seal, the mattress took a few hours to completely fill out to it's 12 inch height. I won't buy a hybrid mattress under ten inches in height after years of owning hybrid mattresses. There was some smell at first, but nothing overwhelming. The smell dissipated after a couple of hours with the windows open. This hybrid mattress is easy install and use. Just move and line up the mattress on your preferred bed frame and cut open the sealed bag. The mattress will start to fluff out immediately raising up it's height. We don't sleep on any hybrid mattress the first day we open them to give the mattress time to fully expand. We also rotate our mattresses once a month the first few months of owning a new hybrid mattress to make sure the mattress keeps the coils quiet and helps the mattress function exactly like the mattress should over time. The medium firm is soft but still supportive, even for a side sleeper. Overall we are pleasantly surprised at how well this budget mattress is made and how it has held up so far. The return window and warranty give us extra piece of mind too. Great budget option for anyone that needs a queen sized mattress and doesn't want to spend a lot!
