Purchased for my FIL , and he loves it, said it's great. We opened it and allowed it to expand for a few days before delivering to him. It felt a little to firm for my liking but my FIL said it's an amazing sleep for him. Honestly our perked up after a few days opened. I was skeptical after seeing mixed reviews. If you replace your mattress often this is the way to go, stores charge a lot for something that's slightly better or often not as good. My sister visited and seen it during its expanding period, and she is ordering one for herself now too. Great value.

5/5.. keep in mind that this less than $200, king sized and 12inches. It states to give it up to 72 hrs to reach its fullest potential, I gave it 24 and some. An I am still pleased with my purchase. Description states “medium firm” but it slightly feels a little more firmer but no uncomfortable and just enough. No sinking. You absolutely get your monies worth and the quality is surprisingly good the for price you pay. Well done. I would recommend this mattress to another person
