So far very comfortable, only been a week so far. The box was ripped, but the bed was undamaged. I’m surprised it’s this comfortable for the price, note that the 12” and 14” is only the height and not extra comfortable padding. For that you’ll have to buy aftermarket thicker pad, but it’s still comfortable about a medium softness. Warning this bed is super heavy ! Ups had a hard time with stairs. Probably 100lbs or so

The mattress came with great packaging. The product is air-sealed with no leak, and it only takes a minute to inflate back to the normal size. Their are also no suspicious smells upon opening. The mattress itself is on the soft side and gave me a great night of sleep. Size is perfect and not too thick. Overall quality is great and fits the price that I paid for.
