The media could not be loaded. Got this to replace my guest bed. My daughter said it slept great. Soft but firm, due to the thickness of the foam layers AND springs. Had a great laugh when I opened it, as I have had a compressed foam mattress. The springs almost knocked me off my feet. It fully expanded to the 12 inches in 24 hours but we let it rest the entire suggested time of 72 before sleeping in it. We are planning to get a king for our room.

I would suggest this one be for setting on direct to floor or floor matt , a bit high and edges are firm for anything up on a stand of any kind ! firmness is a medium grade and provides one with a good nights sleep if one is used to medium hardness mattress, this one is not firm by any means . very comfortable and soft top
