So, it's nice, I'll give it a 3 because I'm tired and I'm fixing to sleep here tonight- but the wooden slats are way too long for the frame. Ie: they hang over and do NOT fit within where they're supposed to Velcro on to. I alternated them long and short so the mattress wouldn't have a 'tilt'. Mama's gotta get some sleep here. It's sturdy and the linen headboard is very nice. It's a nice bed, but the slats .. what's the deal with these? They're at least 1-2 inches too long for the frame itself. Also ... It takes A LOT longer than 30 minutes to assemble, even for someone who assembles furniture like a pro. It just takes time. Oh. And read the memo: the parts... Are zipped inside the headboard. I think folks miss that when they think parts are missing. They're not ... But again, why don't the slats fit? It's a king size bed. Why are these slats bigger than the width of a king? Bless. How do I contact the company for slats that fit?
