This kit made a job I was honestly nervous about feel much more manageable. The automatic injector does most of the work, so there’s no wrestling with complicated equipment or messy drill setups. Once everything was aligned over the crack, the filler settled in smoothly and expanded exactly the way it promised. The texture of the material feels thick and substantial, not watery or weak. It grips the sides of the crack firmly and hardens into a solid, reliable seal. Even areas that had slight moisture didn’t give it any trouble, which was a relief. After it cured, the line looked clean and the wall felt sturdy again. For something that seemed like a big project at first, the process turned out to be straightforward and reassuring.

My driveway developed cracks, and I was pleasantly surprised by the results after using this concrete repair kit. The automatic injector is easy to install; once turned on, the material is automatically injected into the cracks without any manual squeezing. The epoxy resin and polyurethane mix evenly and cure quickly, filling the cracks smoothly and leaving a firm feel. Not the easiest to work with! First part was easy. Then the hard part! You’re giving 3 large syringes that have strong springs in them to force the chemical mixture into the plugs. Directions show that you draw the mixture (thickness of honey)into the syringe. To me, I used all my strength, to draw that stuff into the syringe against the pressure of the spring and only got it part way in!! I had to stop, take it out of the jar and just pull against the spring pressure to be able to lock it back! After a few attempts I gave up as I was hurting! What I ended up doing, and I wasn’t in the instructions, was with an empty syringe, I pulled and locked the spring back, then unscrewed the syringe pulling every thing out, poured the mixture in and put the plunger and spring back in and screwed it closed! That helped me finish the job totally exhausted!!

I was happy initially that the cost of this product was competitive compared to similar products I have tried. The result left me disappointed. First, the box arrived and there was minor leakage in one of the epoxy jars which didn’t seem to affect the product but was a bit messy. My biggest two concerns, however, have to do with the application. I liked that the covering epoxy was a lighter color and looked rather like hummus and seemed to blend with the wall better. I applied the mixed product to attach the plastic entry nozzles over the length of crack per the instructions. Unfortunately, the very slow cure time caused the plastic entry points to slide down the wall which ultimately led to the epoxy covering the hole which exposed crack and prevented the expanding foam from fully penetrating the crack. Note: the instructions said the product would cure in 30-60 minutes which was more like 3-4 hours. By the time it fully cured, the product had slowly slid down the side of the wall. Second issue was the messiness of the injection system. You have to mix then stick the tip of the injector in the product and siphon it up which was very messy. I have used systems before that are more like a caulk gun that mixes the chemical inside before exiting into a tube. I would prefer that for next time I do this. I dont know if this will fix the leak but I guess I will find out the next time it rains heavily.

The syringes were a mess and super tough to use.... the video shows pulling the handle to fill it, pulled my fingers off with all my might.... discovered your better off unscrewing the base, dump the liquid in, screw back together... wear gloves and have rags..
