It was easy to put together, except for the part that the folding pieces have nothing to lock them; if you try to lift it, it just folds instead. The placement of the 2x2 bolts at the ends of the bed mean a headboard cannot fit flush against it. Pros: -Sturdy -Storage -Easy to put together Cons: -Headboard doesn’t align to connect it to frame -The frame slides on wood floor easily, have to get an area rug to help with that -The top of the frame is level, the mattress will not “fit” to place so it’ll slide every few days. Update: increased to 4 stars due to company’s quick response/customer service on a fix for the sliding mattress problem. IMO the non sliding gaskets should be included with the frame even if it increases the price. Thank you for addressing my concern. ... show more

The bed frame is amazing. Very durable. Even moreso, the customer service is even better. I purchased a defective one a year prior, and didn’t realize it for a year. Blamed my floor. Reached out to cs, and they helped me with a replacement even after the long length of time! I highly recommend!

This was very easy to assemble and it fit within our existing sleigh bed frame. Eliminating the bedsprings was awesome. It lowered the bed to just the right height. There are no squeaks or shakes at all. Very stable!

Bought 2 of these based off reviews that it doesn’t squeak or mattress shifting. We’ve had no noise or mattress shifting from bed frame. No issues putting the frame together (easy). Good quality! Only complaint is the side center support bars can cause foot pain because you forget it’s there and sub your toe or foot on it. ... show more
