Have to say that I was very surprised at how good this mattress is not too firm and actually has a little bounce to it for being a boxed mattress. I did let it have the full 72 hours to expand before using it. I did the work and read reviews on multiple before I bought this one which already had good reviews and I do not regret my purchase. I have slept like a baby since I started using it. I’m a side sleeper/stomach sleeper and have never been more comfortable on a mattress than this one.

It’s a bit more on the firm side but for the money !!! Can’t beat the price. The size is spot on. Quality so far it good a bit thin on the top, not sure how it will hold up long term but seems to be comparable to the more expensive mattress we replaced.

This mattress strikes the perfect balance in terms of firmness—falling into the ideal "medium-firm" category. It excels at providing outstanding pressure relief while simultaneously ensuring that my body receives ample support throughout the entire night. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in how often I toss and turn during the night, and I wake up feeling much more well-rested. The combination of individually pocketed coils and gel memory foam works beautifully together; this mattress achieves an excellent equilibrium between softness and supportive strength. It contours effectively to the body's curves to alleviate pressure points (particularly around the shoulders and hips), yet it maintains a solid, supportive feel without making you feel like you are sinking in too deeply. I wholeheartedly agree with its "medium-firm" rating—a firmness level that should satisfy the needs of the vast majority of sleepers. For a mattress in this category, the edge support is particularly robust. Whether sitting on the edge of the bed or sleeping close to the perimeter, you never get the sensation that you are about to slide off—which is a huge plus if you are accustomed to utilizing the entire surface area of the mattress. The mattress arrived compressed, rolled up, and packed inside a cardboard box; upon unboxing, it expanded fully within a very short time. There was indeed a faint, mild odor initially, but it dissipated completely within a day or two—a phenomenon that is entirely normal for this type of "bed-in-a-box" product. All in all, this is a well-rounded hybrid mattress that delivers excellent performance across the board—in terms of comfort, support, and value for money. It is an especially ideal choice for configurations such as the Twin XL size, which is commonly found in student dormitories or guest rooms.
