Needed this for a graduation party on a day that was supposed to rain. It held up during the light rain showers and wind, but not sure how long it’ll hold long-term - tent material not thick, more like the material for tents you use for tailgates. Great for sun protection. Windows are only in the back panel. Didn’t come with any instructions even online, so it took a while for us to figure out and assemble, but clean up was easy. Definitely need more than 2 people to assemble since you have to pull the base in opposite directions.
