This review indicates my initial satisfaction, as well as comments about improving the assembly process: After a week of use I am completely satisfied with the strength, stability and squeak-free performance of the box spring. It seems soundly designed and offers more supporting cross bars than others I looked at. I'd say it's very good value and I recommend it highly. I'll update this assessment if anything changes over time. With respect to assembly, if you are familiar with "some assembly required" designs (think IKEA here), then you'll not be surprised at the process of putting this box spring together or the marginally useful tools provided. Do yourself a favor and find a standard-size 10mm box end wrench and a 4mm Allen wrench for the assembly. As you'll seen the image, the tools provided are tiny and, in the case of the wrench, insubstantial. Using better tools makes the repetitive motion of tightening many nuts and bolts much easier. Equally important, you can tighten the fasteners better for long-term use. ... show more
