I use a lot of kinesiology tape on a bad knee. This tape is very supportive and much more comfortable than a sleeve or brace. This brand works just as well as the bigger names in the tape game. Be sure to apply to clean dry skin and rub down the ends to ensure the tape will not roll up on you.

I've tried several different K-Tapes. I ordered this brand to try on my sore knee. So far it is working as advertised. It sticks well with proper application. Has good stretch. And has helped with my knee pain. And it dose not hurt much when you pull it off. It even stays on well in the shower. If you need some K-Tape for your knees, try this brand.

This is a product that does what it says at a reasonable price. My strained hamstring needed taping and with the measured grid on the back, I was able to cut the perfect size.

I don’t understand why this works so well, but boy does it ever. I’ve even showered with it and can get two days. Use out of one application seems to hold and support my knee very well.
