I'm glad that Kinesio has pre-cut application tape and instructions. I wasn't too keen on purchasing an entire roll and only getting a few uses from it due to using incorrect lengths. The pre-cut strips are for knee support as a whole and not specific knee issues. These stayed on for about 2-3 days fully before one of the strips began to come off. I wish the Kinesio Tex Gold tapes came pre-cut as those stay on longer (one application lasted more than a week). I purchased two packs of for the knee application. After searching online on how to tape for my particular knee issue, I used the remaining pack for that. However, read the instructions thoroughly before your first application. Also, make any adjustments before you activate the adhesive side. If you adjust afterwards, the tape is less effective and start to come off by the end of the first day.

These are a little bit pricey but they last 2-3 days. They really work. My wife is ready and waiting for her knee replacement. So far this provides much better relief than anything else she's tried. I understand they are very effective for post surgery too. I hope that's true. They're relatively easy to apply after you've done it a couple times. It took about 3 days before they start to peel off. Really happy we decided to try these

Good support……could have used better adhesive. I’ve had band aids with better sticking power. After only one day of use, only two pieces stayed in tact.

It doesn't make much sense to me, but it works. I ride my road bike a long distance most weekends, typically 100 miles at a time. Before the Kinesio tape a deep knee ache would begin to set in about mile 30. Before the end of the ride, often my knee would hurt so bad I wouldn't be sure how I could go on. My symptoms are consistent with IT band problem. With the Kinesio knee tape, no pain. I can't explain it, but it works. To be fair, I've added some stretching, but frankly, I've not been consistent with it; what has been consistent is the tape. The tape is an inexpensive, non-invasive option. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. A 100% recommended buy.

I applied the knee tape, pressing to apply. I woke up the next morning, and it was no longer adhered. Very disappointed.

I have had knee pain for about 2 years from running and riding a bike. I have tried knee braces and bands, but they didn't work great or were too constricting when trying to run. I finally decided to try this out because a friend recommended it. It helped the pain a lot. I can barely feel pain in my knee while I am running. The directions were easy to follow, and application was easy. It last about 3 days for me. I also tried the KT Tape brand, but I thought Kinesio worked better. The only con about this product is that it is kind of expensive. I can get 6 applications of the KT Tape for around $15, while Kinesio Precut is $5 per application.
