Received in well packed package. Scooter quality is very good and sturdy. I haven’t expect that it can climb 35 degree slope with 12 kgs of weight. Turning radius is good and comfortable for my 3 years old daughter. Broad wheel base provide good balance for kids below 3. In full charge my daughter drove it for nearly 45 mins with no lag and I believe still it left with some charge. Bit expensive but performance wise it’s good. I got 3 of these scooters for my kids for Christmas last year. They are really poorly made. 2 of the 3 scooters have had issues basically since we’ve had them. They worked really well for about a week and then stopped working. I reached out to Kimi’s “customer service” several times and never heard back, so there is essentially 0 customer service. I messed around with the wires and batteries of the scooters and managed to get 1 to work again for a few weeks, but it didn’t last long before it stopped working again. I repeated the process with the wires and got it to work again, this time for a few days, then it quit abain, ect. It’s a never ending cycle. The other scooter is still not usable as an electric scooter. It doesn’t charge or turn on or anything. Definitely wouldn’t recommend purchasing. ... show more

Feels solid and well-constructed, with no loose and ungainly wires, and everything nicely covered and tucked away. The ride is surprisingly smooth . Overall, my first ride experience has been great. The first thing you would notice is how well they have shipped it. I notice first thing is that the way they distribute the weight, picking up and moving this scooter is quick and easy with a simple and lock tight folding mechanism. Another thing that is great is the big solid wheels that come with this scooter, they allow for an easy ride where you don't have to worry about a flat tire and are big enough to take the worry of hitting potholes. Personally, I don't think you could find a better-built 3 wheels electric scooter at this price range. There is a lot of pros without many cons, I honestly can't find a part of this scooter I personally don't like. My 7 year old like the 3 wheel, helped with easy balance and turning. The button press to go is very easy for her, and using her back foot to stop is simple. The light up wheels and front are fun looking. Pay attention to the height, as it's almost too short for her (she's tall for her age).
