For the price it is good but expect problems that you will need to fix. When I received mine, the one halo headlight did not work, the one brake caliper was touching the wheel, and every bolt on it was barely tight. After one ride it was squeaking so bad that I pulled the shock off to find the incredibly poor quality in the shocks (photo), the shock was machined poorly and was rubbing on the control arm and making it squeak. The handle bars were very sloppy so I went back and tightened every bolt on it (don’t forget the ones underneath the grip tape and under the light covers on the corners of the deck. Despite quality issues, it does very good. It will hold 40 mph and peak at about 43 mph and has climbed some of the steepest hills near me (giants despair hill climb) at about 20 mph which is absolutely incredible. It is slightly faster than the varla eagle one that is 52v with 18.2 ah battery.

Packaging/Unboxing: The packaging of the scooter was very solid and nice. Unboxing the scooter was easy. Assembly: Assembling the scooter was very easy and painless. It took my daughter who is 16 yrs and myself about 15 minutes to assemble the scooter. The scooter comes about 95% assembled. All we had to do was attach the bars and tighten some screws. The tires was properly inflated out the box and we did not have any issues. Noticeable damage: There lcd screen which displayed the mph, mileage and trip information was scratched deeply right out of the box. Also part of the frame seemed to be scratched as well. I honestly do not see it as a big deal, unless you are expecting it to come without any types of faults. Operation: This scooter is very easy to operate. You can adjust how sensitive you want the breaks to be and top speed. *this scooter is very fast!** With that said I am 5.5 and weigh 203lbs. From out of the box the scooter was about 60% charged and I was able to top the speed out at 36mph! That is with dual wheel and turbo on. I had to adjust the breaks after the first trial run, so that they respond a little better. The suspension is very good along with the breaks. Opinion: I have only had the scooter for one day now, so I can’t leave a truly detailed review, but I will have to say this thing is super fast and fun. I originally got this scooter so that my daughter could ride back and forth to work. I think it was a great buy so far. It was able to go up a steep hill no problem, without losing speed or power. I cannot speak about the actual range capabilities yet because I have not tested that. My daughter is only about 100 lbs so I know for a fact she will be able to go faster than what I was able to, but this scooter is definitely not for someone under the age of 14! Also please wear proper protective gear. The only reason I am giving this a 4 star review is because of the minor damage it had. I will write another review on it in about 2 months time.

Ok, yeah its got its quirks. But i ironed them out real quick. My biggest issue is the stem clamp. No matter what i did i couldnt get it tight enough to remove the wobble in the stem. But after trying to rig all contraptions of sorts, it came down to simple electrical tape!!! Yup just stick two layers and poof, stiff as a board!!! Now it works perfectly. That was my problem. Now im happy as a pig in mud. No flat tires, no broken motors. Works great, fast A/F to boot. Hope the builders figure out a better locking mechanism. Just pony up some coin and make a deal with turboant or Varla. Their clamps work great......EDIT: You stick the tape around the stem, then slide the clamp over that. Basically its a simple shim. Still so far so good ..ok, ive had it 5 months and 400 miles later still no issues. Wonder why i got one that isnt defective like everyone else's. Hitting the trails today with my wife.....

I ordered this as a bday gift , and it is defective, the button that you use to go is on opposite side and lights do not work. I am disabled 56 yrs and on fixed income and told no refunds..$1500 gone this is not fare..plz help

This thing is pretty good and eats up trails. Plenty of power. Figured out my rear brake has been leaking since the beginning. Keeps getting soft and I have to add fluid. Initially thought it was due to folding the handlebar down but haven't folded it for weeks and see fluid on the brake assembly. Now that I've taken a closer look the rear shock may be leaking too (see picture). Can't figure out how to get a replacement. Heelllpppp....

I've been using this as a daily commuter and have not had any issues so far, its fast, and super fun. Its been saving me a lot of money on gas. I've taken it through forest trails and it handles off road and rock pretty well. It can pretty much do it all.

I’ve had this scooter for 20 days and gone a total of 56 miles. Battery is holding struggling to hold charge, 40mph is as fast as I’ve gotten it to go down hill. I’m 6’2”, 260lbs- no way this things carries the 440lbs they claim. Stay away don’t buy anything from China
