    • Massage and heat feature sucks
Recliner is nice. Easy to assemble and easy to use. But i do have a problem with it not working the way i was expecting. The massage feature on the recliner does not massage you at all! Its more like just vibrations all over your body. And the heating feature also hardly works. You’re better off just putting a regular heating pad on your back. And then there’s the leg extension, it works but then when you need to put it back down, its really difficult and you really need to put some force in order to get it to lock back in place. Honestly its a nice chair, not too big but for what I paid for, i was disappointed. And if you want to return it, its another hassle having to take it apart and putting everything back in the box and taking it to the UPS, its not like this thing weighs 5 pounds mind you. If you do plan on returning it, you’re also going to have a difficult time trying to convince the third party seller to send you a prepaid shipping label. Unless you’re okay with paying over $600 out of pocket just to return it, which im sure no one is. Just a little friendly advice, save yourself the hassle and just buy one at a local furniture store. One it’s not what I expected but it has stained my carpet from the circle underneath. Stops rocking properly after having it for 5 months. Love the payment plan though Amazon offered. It fell apart and I’ve only had it 8 months. No rough housing just my husband rocking. Do not recommend.update : the handle to recline literally dissolved in my hand this chair just turned 1 . Pieces are falling off more and more ... show more

    • Chair lost its bearings, but customer service was on track!
The chair performed as expected for several months after purchase in June, 2022 before unexpectedly spewing its ball bearings. Then the handle for extending the leg rest broke away... HOWEVER, the vendor's customer service representative rose to the occasion. Despite a potential delay until March (2023) in sending a replacement base due to the Chinese New Year, the representative located the part in California and had it enroute within days of my January, 2023 contact. Here's hoping the chair will remain serviceable longer - and Kudos to the vendor's customer service representative! UPDATE: The replacement parts (a new base and one arm) arrived as promised and it was easy to install the back and other arm. Here's hoping it lasts longer than the original. I realize it is not an expensive chair and you get what you pay for; but at least the company did the right thing in acting swiftly to make it right. ... show more
