This unit came in 2 separate boxes. Both used weak cardboard and the wicker on some of the pieces was cut and damaged. Fortunately, most damage was on a corner that is mostly hidden from view. Took my wife and I about 3 hours total to assemble. The directions were not very good and showed extra washers that they did not supply, so we have to figure out what the best use was with the hardware they provided. The best quality is the blue color of the cushions looks very nice and rich. We can barely fit 3 people on the unit and it is much smaller than we thought it would be. No way we could return it as disassembling would take more time than it's worth and we never get it back in the boxes the way it came, partly because the boxes were in rough/torn shape. The good news is that we were able to assemble it well enough and nothing was missing except the washers they show in the instructions. Seemed like a great price and now we know why - you get what you pay for.

Overall very happy with everything. From the delivery to finished product. We did have an issue with the cooler table having a flaw where one of the metal slides was not accurately placed and looked like a machine attachment that we were not able to manipulate to try to fix. We reached out to the company and they responded in less than two hours saying they will send a new one! We received the replacement within a week and now our set is complete. Very impressed with their quick response and delivery. Only thing we wished for was clearer instructions for the unit assembly. Its possible to assemble just set aside a good amount of time to assemble it.

The sectional is great but the parts to assemble for the table are not all there and the sides are the same. We received two of the same sides and cannot assemble so the drawer can slide in and out.

Why two stars? Like the head line up top its a mans dream to put together. Absolutely no instructions on where to start and how to get the dang things together. That being said it does come with a diagram that shows where the nuts and bolts go and that is literally it. Oh and my boxes came damages so one of the tool packs with the nuts and bolts was lost. So the bolts are 6mm and of course my general hardware store only had standard nuts and bolts. So if 1/4" will work in a pinch and they did. Now all of this being said once my son and I figured out how to put them together they did come together rather easily and in all honesty the furniture is exactly as advertised so no complains over quality so far. Here is the dealio they work great this year and my wife loves them and they are quite rugged. Lets see how they add up in a couple of year. You can save a crap load of money if you go this route as buying at a big chain store will cost you a small fortune. Hint on putting them together. put them upside down to start and you will figure them out soon enough.

Product showed up missing an entire bag of hardware. It it was lacking some instruction for sure. The fabric is sun faded on half of the cushions after only a month. It holds water in the seat cushions. And literally the cooler in the table is a bucket

This set is a bit shorter than I expected but it is very comfortable. One of the BEST features is the customer service. They are amazing to work with and go above and beyond to resolve any issues that you have. The rattan is sturdy and there are a lot of pillows and cushions to add to the comfort. We keep it covered when not in use and it has been holding up well!!! I recommend this outdoor set. The color is beautiful!
