Wanted a camera not attached to WiFi. This product was perfect. The range is great, we can even make it all the way across the street before losing connection so never have to worry inside the house. It has a temp monitor on it as well which is a nice bonus. Microphone picks up on sounds well so can easily hear as soon as the baby starts making noises. My son loves the built in lullabies. Those aren’t the greatest quality in my opinion, but he loves them which is what matters. Only down side is when lullabies are it it’s loud on the monitor so we end up turning the sound off and rely on watching video. This product is great. Setup is super easy. After a few months, I started having an issue with the monitor not charging. I emailed customer service and had a response in under an hour. With some easy troubleshooting, we were able to pinpoint the problem and they sent a replacement and I received it the next day and all is good now. This budget friendly monitor is great! Bought as a gift for a baby shower. First unit was faulty but the seller was QUICK with resolving issue by shipping out another unit in just 2 days. Pan-tilt-zoom- night vision- speaker & mike capable with great sound quality- volume & brightness controls - handheld remote monitor shows room temperature- great day time video quality. Night vision is a bit grainy due to low light but still good enough to keep an eye on baby. I would definitely buy and/or gift this again! I ordered one just to see if they'd be compatible with the Goodbaby monito,r I currently own 2 of them, and they work great. And what arrived was the same Goodbaby monitor! And I ordered a 2nd one and received the same! Ok with me! ... these monitors work great, great range too. Thank-you!

Definitely impressed with the quality of this camera. The image is way better than I imagined. Even the night vision was clear. I love the voice communication. Definitely a plus. I love holding you picture shut off when there is no noise detected so the light is not shining in your eyes at night.

I bought the baby monitor in April 2023. In August it just stopped working got hot wouldn't come on. However. I contacted customer service and the with in 4 days replaced it at no charge to me fast and easy. So yes the monitor has some kinks to be worked out but this is a great company.
