Love this camera. Don’t have to worry about the camera lens not being wide enough to capture the whole room. The remote allows you to scan the room and move the lens side to side and up and down. Great buy. You can speak thru this camera if needed

Second update- here we are a few months after receiving a brand new monitor and it is doing the same thing again. “Waiting for connection”. It beeps very loudly when it does this and is disruptive at night. I reached back out to the seller requesting a refund because the product is once again not working but never heard back. A month later I reached out again and still haven’t heard back. All in all I tried my best to like this monitor but it is just a piece of junk. I wouldn’t waste my money! Updated review. The customer service from this company has been amazing. They reached out and sent a new baby monitor completely free. It has been working 100% with no issues and we are very Happy with the monitor and service. The monitors image quality is decent, good enough. Night vision about the same. The problem is after about 2.5 months it started saying “waiting for connection” every so often. Very frustrating ... show more

I have been using this product for about 9 months now, and it has been great to monitor from our bedroom to the nursery. The product did have issues, and customer support was able to send a new unit at no cost after trying to trouble shoot. Within 3 days, we had a new monitor and after testing it for a couple of weeks now, no issues and runs great. We wanted a non-wifi camera, because Wifi takes hits and our experience wasn't always the most reliable or constantly needed troubleshooting. Would buy again if needed to ... show more

I purchased this monitor a couple months ago after having three way more expensive video monitors die on me throughout the course of 3 years. I was sick of spending so much money without a ton of longevity. After lots of research and review reading I decided to try this one out. Overall, I really like it! The picture is great. The buttons are really easy to use. The length of signal is good. The ECO mode is so nice. There is a long battery life. I only have one complaint. There is a random clicking noise. There is no pattern to it. Sometimes it happens 3 times in one minute - other times is doesn't happen for 30 minutes. I watch the screen to make sure nothing in my child's room would be making that sound and there isn't. It wouldn't be a huge deal but it sometimes wakes me up. Not like in the middle of the night or anything, but it does bother me when I'm falling asleep or just about to wake up in the morning. I didn't read about this happening in any other reviews so I'm sure it's just my device. I was going to reach out to their customer service center, but I can't seem to find their website or any contact information. Bummed, because overall I really like this monitor! ... show more

Great monitor for the price. Our name brand monitor broke and we found this. The daytime picture quality is great. Night vision could use some improvement because it gets blurry at night. The battery life of the handheld unit it great. We leave it plugged in at night and use it here and there during the day if we are off work. It rarely dies unless it’s left on during the day when we are not home. We have Amazon Blink cameras too and those we access for when we are away at work and she has a nanny or if only one of us is working. Those have their own purpose but this is great to monitor naps when we are home and for the nighttime to wake us up or to determine if she is stirring and will go back to sleep or “awake awake.” Hopefully it lasts us awhile! ... show more

We just had twins. We bought a super expensive wifi capable monitor which the speaker must have blown out bc we couldn’t hear baby crying which obviously defeats the purpose and was not safe. Bought this to try and replace it. Ended up buying two. 1 of the 2 crapped out immediately and the screen would not even turn on. Got a replacement. We have 4 bedrooms all right next to each other, and the monitor cannot connect through just the closed door of the nursery to our bedroom. It does not have an auto off feature for the screen. And, when this is “looking for signal” and beeping a beep that it’s disconnected (which is ALL THE TIME. All the time. I wish I was a troll but honestly I can’t even set it in the living room we are constantly moving it and trying to find a place where it would connect.) it turns the screen on, so you can walk over and dim it if you want but as soon as it momentarily loses connection, it will turn right back on. The battery was dead before afternoon nap. The fact that the connection only works when you are SUPER close is really awful. This is compounded by the fact that it beeps to wake you and the baby up, and to kill it’s own battery. Really really do not recommend. I have been through 4 and they all cannot be carried more than a few feet away from the room. Definitely can’t take to the garage or even the kitchen. Very disappointed ... show more
