The item looks good. Has low graphics, which is okay for my child, but not for the price. the tablet is durable, and sleek, and easy to handle. that's about all I can say that is good. software is android, and slow. It comes with a built in app that gives your child access to only certain approved apps, however it becomes hard to use for parents trying to setup and get it setup correctly for your child to use. If you are not tech savvy, this is not recommended as it takes some computer literacy to use to get setup. After about a month of use for my child, we noticed when it is not charging (unplugged from the charging cable) the table think it's still charging and becomes very hot even though it's not in use. After its completely dead, we plug it in to charge again, and charges fine, but when we turn it on same things happens. battery dies fast. not recommended. as a value purchase or even as a usable product. ... show more

I bought it so I can use it on car rides or air planes but it does not work . It works only with Wi fi . And that’s what you don’t have in the car or plane . So not useful at all . Also after one drop the screen was damaged a little .
