This is basically an Android tablet and that's what I intend to use it for. The outer casing in the form of a blue dog is just the thing to demonstrate my level of professionalism. But, performance is seriously lacking in this device. As a screen to watch YouTube and for some casual web browsing, it's not too bad. I loaded two games that I play on my (small screen) mobile phone often. The blue dog android would go into sleep mode before the game would even load. And, when the game was up and running, tapping on the screen took quite a while to register. Very laggy performance. So, it's a toy and should be treated as such. For me trying out apps was a nice try, but not good enough to consider it as a regular replacement for the mobile phone.

I really like that this isn't a huge bulky tablet. The best part is that you can set a timer for your children's screen time and put parental controls on what they have access to including turning wifi off (and they're unable to turn it back on). The games it comes with are great learning tools. It runs a little slow but that's unsurprising. You do have to charge it after almost every use and my child uses it in 30 minute increments, so that's a bummer but I don't mind since he's not needing to use it for long periods. I just charge it overnight.

This is a great 1st tablet for toddlers. It’s perfect to teach them how to properly use one before jumping in and spending hundreds of dollars on an iPad or a nice android tablet. We got this tablet for a 6 month old that loves to FaceTime her Mimi and PawPaw. We also got it so she can watch some shows and later add learning apps. It comes in a hard case in either pink or blue. The back is actually a little dog and it’s so cute I just giggled when I saw it. It has a stand that is actually pretty sturdy. It’s has a camera for FaceTiming and tons of options for apps. It has awesome parental controls which is very important in today’s world. It’s WiFi compatible if it’s needed. If you’re an adult and trying to get a tablet to run complicated games or apps, you’re going to be disappointed. It is definitely made with children in mind. It even says in the description that it’s for toddlers, believe them.

This tablet is cute. It has a built in holder/stand, protective covers on the corners and no need for a case. The tablet itself was easy to set up and so far I haven't had any issues with it freezing. It has a decent amount of internal storage and gives the option to add more-micro sd card sold separately- if more space is needed. The camera works as it should and it comes with pre installed kids apps. My kids love this tablet and the best thing about it is the price! It is super affordable and works just as well as out name brand, expensive as heck tablet we had already... they actually prefer this one. The back of the tablet has a cute dog face and a kickstand that can be rotated, depending how you're using/holding the tablet. I would 100% order again!!!!

This a very entry level - easy to use tablet for smaller kids. I let the 5 year old use it and it was much smaller than her normal tablet, so I think this would be the size I would want for 5 and under. It's nothing overly fancy, but you can easily download all kinds of fun games -- fun games, learning games, coloring games, etc. They're easy to find, easy to download and once downloaded they're on the main screen so your little can find and play easily. This is probably the best bang for your buck for a small tablet for a toddler.

I always find it slightly ridiculous when parents spend large sums of money to get their kids the latest most upgraded device when that is not at all what's needed. What they need is something that is rugged, easy to use, and does the basics to build knowledge off of. This tablet covers those points and more. It's made for kids, priced for kids, and exactly what kids need for a first tablet.
