They break easily and the case is too then! As soon as it’s dropped the touch screen goes out! I had 2 and each one broke! Will never get another one again

I'd say my rough (or careless) kid broke the handle off in about 10 days of having it. In 3 month she broke the body (dropping it all the time, leaving where it's not supposed to be etc.) - broke screws off. SO after that every time she drops it - it was falling apart (see the second picture). Why did I give it 5 starts? Because despite all of that this thing still worked for few months without any problems. 5 months! For us it's a record! P.S.: if you have a kid like mine, make sure you have a warranty! Its a very good tablet.. my 2 yr old liked it however i believe because it is built into the case, it makes the tablet fragile, only served for 3 months.

I have bought MANY tablets because they all seem to break (software)...if my son doesn't break them first (hardware). We love the handle on this one. It doesn't work exactly like the other Android tablets with things that are normally standard...but it has been fine for now. Doesn't seem as sturdy as some of the thicker tablets but it has withstood a couple of drops...so perhaps it is sturdy. Definitely recommend purchasing the insurance. We bought it for our last few. Although we couldn't get help from them on the last one...it should've been covered so Amazon replaced it for us. ... show more

Do not recommend. It’s very slow at loading. The case is built in but is very poor quality. It started to come off a week after purchasing. Charge port did not work after a month. Does not hold a very good charge

I like the tablet it has a big screen compared to other tablets, the parental controls are good. Just wish the tablet was actually separate and you could remove the case. The case is quite thin but it’s apart of the tablet so I’m worried about how long before a crack or else happens but so far it’s great. ... show more
