    • Don’t Waste Your Money – Lasted Less Than a Month

I got this tablet for my son’s birthday, and within less than a month it completely stopped working. The quality is terrible, even for a children’s tablet and even for the price. We never take the case off, and my son barely touches it. Usually we just turn it on and set it down for him to watch — he doesn’t carry it around or handle it roughly. It was never dropped, thrown, or exposed to water. There is absolutely no reason why it should have stopped working. Even before it died, the tablet constantly lagged, froze, and ran so slowly that it was frustrating to use. The software is awful, the performance is weak, and the volume is terrible — way too low, and the speakers sound cheap. Setup was also a hassle — I had to change a few settings, and even that took forever. One day it just wouldn’t charge. I tried multiple chargers, including brand-new ones, and nothing made a difference. It simply would not turn on again. I even purchased the two-year protection plan, thinking I might need it maybe a year or a year and a half in — at the very worst. Honestly, I didn’t think I would need to use it at all because we’re the only ones who really handle it. But nope — less than a month. That’s all it lasted. You get what you pay for — but you really don’t with this. We paid around $40 plus the $15 protection plan, and it’s not even half-decent. I’ve had far better tablets for the same price. This one is just not worth it. Thankfully we have the protection plan, but we never expected to use it right away. For something that was supposed to be a gift for our child, this has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this product to anyone. ... show more

It’s a good introductory tablet for my toddler. We got this as a temp tablet as he either is getting fixed. It was a reasonable price to get as a back up/extra. It’s pretty light weight and cute. The sound quality is a little on the lower quality side but she doesn’t seem to notice or mind. It is a bit of a slower tablet compared to her other one but nothing insane. My only other complaint is the battery life doesn’t appear to be as good. We received it at 64% charged and she used it as she does her other tablet and it needed to be charged upon the following morning. Where as her other it can get 1.5-2 days before needing to charge. I will test this again though with a full charge and update. It’s not as sensitive of a screen either but it is what I expected for a tablet at this price point. I can’t speak on durability as we have only had it for three days but it seems to hold up decently. ... show more

Doesn't last longer than a year before it starts having issues. Great for kids and easy to use but the screen now has periods where it doesn't want to work and we have to let it sit for hours before it'll work again.
