I bought two. I let both of them charge completely to 100% before setting up. It is a little slow and the battery life is semi decent. It looks to die fast but it’s pretty steady. About 2-4 hours of consistent screen time. I love the cushion protector. My youngest dropped it within 24 hours and when it fell you could hear the protection. And the kick stand is very strong. Overall I am very happy with them at the moment. If something goes south I will update. Also friendly tip: the kids iwawa app that come preinstalled; if you click on it and can’t get back to regular tablet setting do the forgot password and email them. If you send the email correctly they will immediately send you a code and you can make a new password. It also offers a $24 one time payment for the limitless stem like games.

Overall it's a cute tablet, but the main reason I bought it is the thing that doesn't work. It disconnects itself from the internet even after troubleshooting. As well as loads slowly even on high speed internet. Amazon has been helpful with trying to get a refund, but I would prefer to be able to get help from the actual manufacturer so I don't have to send it back since my daughter already loves it.

This thing is pretty whack. It would not complete setup no matter what we did, therefor google playstore would not work. Tablet ran slow, battery ran out quickly when trying to setup. Overall felt clunky, old, and bad quality. I returned this item and purchased a better one for my daughter.

The media could not be loaded. This tablet is well worth the money! It is big, my 3 year old daughter loves it!! Ignore the bubbles on the screen from the screen protector I put on. I would highly recommend this tablet!!
