Overall I am disappointed. The tablet was slow when we got it, but I wasn’t too concerned since my daughter didn’t mind. But the first time we used the charger that came with it, it wouldn’t charge and it broke off inside of the tablet. So I bought a new one. Then It was fine. The screen froze so much I tried so many hacks to clear it and make it perform better, and it didn’t work. Then last night laying in bed the screen froze when started glitching. It works but turns on and off over and over. It’s really weird! I’ve never seen anything like it. My daughter is bummed and I am annoyed because I am still paying for it. ... show more

Bought one in January of 2023. It worked ok but by July it had developed a display problem as posted in the photo. To be fair, it is possible that the tablet was mistreated which caused the issue. I'm not real convinced of that since the screen shows no physical damage other than some light scratches. My one true complaint is that the protective enclosure is WAY too easy for the kid to remove. I bought two tablets, one works perfectly fine the other one is freezing up and not working well. I just got them today. In the middle of setting up and my pink tablets not working as well as the green one. No way to contact seller creating frustration.

We purchased this for our 3yro, she loved it for the first week but then it began to get very slow and frustrating for her and us. We love the Iwawa program but the actual tablet is slow functioning and was hard to use with low touch sensitivity. Though the Iwawa program was easy to use, great for parental control and comes with drawing and games. Easy to add more from the app store as well. When I contacted the manufacturer about the tablet they helped me troubleshoot, though it didn't help and then they refunded us the money we spent. Customer service was amazing 👏 👏 👏 ... show more
