I brought this for my grand daughter she really didn’t use it that much then it just stopped charging and the return date had passed and it stop charging I brought it in June I think and it’s August and it’s not working we don’t let her plug it up a adult always did that so for her not to get that much use out of it is very disappointing I can’t recommend anyone buy this product 🤬

I purchased one of these in August for our 3 year old. Likely just luck of the draw, but we didn't experience any problems with wireless connectivity , screen or admin functionality that others have reported. The performance isn't top-level but adequate for a price-point tablet like this. At first the battery life was great - 5 hours or so. Since then, the battery life has slowly degraded to the point where it only has about 2 hours use time. The battery will no longer charge while the unit is up and running. We have to shut it down for the battery to even take a charge. I suspect that it may become unusable in the next 6 months or so. We'll see. I would advise buying the extra protection warranty if offered. UPDATE Feb 2024: Battery life is down to under 30 minutes now. Additionally, the unit absolutely will NOT connect to my phone's hot spot whereas my ancient Samsung Tab 3 has no problem doing so.

This is a good tablet if you are really on a budget. That being said, the battery is awful, Bluetooth is hit or miss and the kids function is a pain in the toosh. The picture quality is decent, the sound quality is decent and the case seems to protect well. Honestly I’ll end up saving it for an emergency back up. But it is not a tablet that can be used regularly.

The media could not be loaded. I didn't like how it would not hook up to my T-Mobile home Internet even after much troubleshooting with the provider. And now the screen is acting up not allowing us to touch and open any of the apps. It just powers on and stays on the home screen. I really would like my money back or a new tablet that works. I bought this tablet for my toddler and I have to put it out of sight because it doesn't work anymore and he loved watching it. I only had it for a few months and would really like for something to be done. This is not a functioning tablet
