These were one of those limited time deals when I bought them. I bought two,one for myself and one for my five year-old son. I took mine out of the box, turned it on, set it up well kind of set it up and didn’t really do too much else with it for a couple of weeks. I actually forgot all about it. My son was being disciplined and was not allowed to have his. The box was not even opened. Thank goodness! About two weeks after I bought them I got mine out because it was time for me to give my son’s to him And I got mine out to play with it and see how the Google kids was on it go ahead and set the parental controls and so forth. Well, I could not remember the pin that I set up for it before which is very strange for me because usually I write everything down. It’s a good thing I couldn’t. I got out the manual that came in the book and started looking up Support because I could not get into the tablet but the first thing I noticed was that it was completely dead so it sat in the closet for a little less than two weeks fully charged and it was completely dead so I think what people are saying about the battery is true But back to the rest of the story. so I started clicking on the Support website. It wouldn’t open I started clicking on any of their websites. None of them would open. I went to their Facebook page looked at it. The first one had been taken down for some reason. What it said I don’t remember, but now I wish I had paid more attention. The second new one looks like a child’s Facebook page with cartoon cats and things like that and mostly what it was is just product drops and things like that. Not many followers and I didn’t see any likes on any of the products which made me suspicious, but the kicker was when I went back and started reading all of the reviews on this tablet, not just the handful that I read when I made the purchase. I’m so glad I got these out when I did because I returned both of them I will be purchasing from somewhere that I can actually get Support if I need it and that I feel like is a legitimate business. I found it very odd that none of their websites would open And it was not my Internet because my Wi-Fi was just fine. Everything else was opening perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with this kids tablet! The 10.1-inch screen is the perfect size—big enough for games and videos, but still easy for little hands to hold. The performance is surprisingly smooth thanks to the 12GB RAM and octa-core processor, and the 64GB storage is plenty for apps and downloads. I really appreciate that it comes with pre-installed kids apps and solid parental controls, so I can feel safe letting my child explore and learn. The battery life is great with the 6000mAh capacity—it easily lasts through long car rides or a full day of use. The support team immediately recognized the issue, responded professionally, and started working to address the issue. Shortly thereafter I was provided a full refund and an apology. The companies support team were very professional and attentive. I am very satisfied. Impressive! I recently gave this product 5 Star rating. Unfortunately, the device's charging portal was not durable. The internal wiring of the charging portal was defected and the wires frayed making it unable to recharge the device. Do not buy!!! I have went through 4 of these tables within 1 year. All four had battery issues. They each lasted a few months only. I still have two out of the four. One only works while charging (bought in November 2025) and the other one bought in December 2025 loses its charge very quickly. Goes from 100% to 5% in about 15 minutes. Not to mention the company already replaced one because less than a month old it kept given me battery overheating and would turn off as soon as I turn it on.     • Great Price, Cute Design… But the Glitches Never End

This is about the third time I’ve bought this kids’ tablet, and honestly, I don’t know why I haven’t learned my lesson yet. On paper, it looks perfect — nice screen size, protective case, decent storage, parental controls, and a great price. My toddler loves the bright green color and the built-in apps. But the performance issues keep coming back every single time. The Good: • The EVA protective case is great for drops (and my kid tests it daily). • Good touchscreen sensitivity when it’s working correctly. • Battery life is solid for basic toddler use. • Parental controls are straightforward once you set them up. The Not-So-Good: The glitches are constant. Every unit I’ve ordered has had similar issues: • Random overheating even during light use. • Frequent restarts out of nowhere. • Auto-rotate stopped working, and I had to factory reset the entire device to fix it. • Sometimes apps freeze or refuse to open until it decides to behave again. It’s usable, but you have to expect hiccups — a lot of them. Bottom Line: If you need an inexpensive tablet for a toddler who mostly watches videos or plays simple games, this will work, but be prepared for the random bugs and restarts. At this point, I think I’ve given this product enough chances. It does the job… just not very well or for very long. 3 stars — decent for the price, but the glitches keep it from being a reliable long-term option. If you want stability, you may need to spend a little more. ... show more
