People are returning this tablet because they don't know they just need to swipe down. There is no indication that you should, and the progress bar sits at 5% and appears like its stuck, but it needs you to press next!!! Past that Great tablet, my kids love it (Age 2) draw and paint w/e. Also it feel slike the screen is made like a kendle that paper feel so not hard glass and not going to break easy. My son and daughter have been super excited with this device ever since we have received it. I like how most apps are educational and well designed for kids their age.Now for the parent part, it gives me a peace of mind knowing that I have full access to the settings and I am able to control what apps they can get on. I can also give each kid a profile under their age bracket and give them time limits for each day. I am also able to pause and resume devices.I like how the screen isn't too big or too small, the functionality of the processor runs smoothly with all the games they have on there. The case is super durable and prevents breakage when accidentally dropped, which hasn't been an issue but it is nice to have. The overall product is super lightweight which is nice. The charger that it came with charges the device in a timely manner and the device holds a charge super well throughout the day.

This is a great tablet for the price (I paid approximately $100). It is snappy and responsive, booting in about 20 seconds and launching apps like PBS Kids in just a couple of seconds. It has a good amount of storage for downloading apps and videos for offline viewing. I really appreciate the fact that it comes with both a screen protector (pre-installed. Whoever did it knows what they are doing as there were no bubbles) and a padded case that has a handle / foldable stand. The case is very durable, my son has already dropped it like 3 times and so far the actual tablet itself has not sustained any damage. My only wish is that the case had a cover for the exposed USB charging port, as I could see my son dumping a beverage over and some of it getting in that port. The parental controls are super easy to use with the google kids space application. A good value tablet than I think any child will enjoy.

Screen stuck and will not allow me to enter the password. I was able to set up the tablet and set parental controls, but as I was trying to adjust some of the settings, this password box popped up and will not go away. I even turned the tablet off and restarted it. Before that the internet keeps going in and out. Once I logged in on his previous tablet I didn’t have none of these issues. Sad the charger port broke on his last one which was a different brand.
