My nearly 3 year old grandson loves anything mechanical or digital. His birthday is coming up and I've been looking for some presents that will be engaging. I saw this and thought it would be perfect. This is a youngster's smartwatch. The time can be displayed in either analog or digital form with several different clock faces to choose from. You can also set alarms. It'll be a great tool when teaching him to read a clock. Of course it tells time but it does much more. It has built in games and puzzles,, plays music, records sound, has a flashlight built in , and has 2 cameras. One camera faces front for selfies and a second camera facing out from the top of the watch for other photos. It'll also take videos. There are many other functions. It does not pair with a smartphone. It is a stand alone product. However, using the supplied Micro USB cable, the watch can be connected to a computer and music can be uploaded to the watch, pictures and audio recordings can be downloaded. I'm sure there is much more that I haven't explored yet. I think much of this watches capabilities are beyond my Grandson's current level. But he can grow into it.

This watch is great! It has a clear crisp screen, comfortable to wear and easy to put on. It has so many functions; worth the price and much better than a regular digital watch. Some of the features include: a flashlight, recorder, music player, 12 games, calendar, and alarm. It can also display time in a 12 hr format instead of military time. Since this is a watch meant for kids; I think it is sufficient that my son enjoys the watch and certain functions do not have to be perfect, for example – the pedometer on this watch is not accurate at all as it overstates the number of steps (this didn’t really matter to us since we are not tracking his steps). The pictures the camera takes is super small (3-12kb); if you want to have better pictures, use another device. The memory available for use is around 46 MB, which seems sufficient so far as my son uses the watch to record short sound recordings and play songs on it. If they play games for a long time the watch can start to get a little hot. Also, sometimes when you tap down; you exit the game; so, it could be a little frustrating; especially for the Tetris game where you press once to change the shapes, but you need to keep pressing and drag to position the piece and drag down to place it faster. We do appreciate that it keeps record of the highest scores to settle any arguments about the highest scores. What we didn’t like was that the watch had a calculator, and it doesn’t say that this watch is waterproof. There is a setting for “school mode” and you can set the days and time; but other than this I didn’t see any differences while in school mode since the games and calculator could still be accessed. My son’s school doesn’t allow smart watches, so we leave the watch at home during school days. As for battery life – if it is not used to play games or music – and only used occasionally; it can last around 9-10 days. Overall, would recommend this watch for kids!

I ordered this for my 8 (almost 9) year old grandson. I checked it out prior to giving it to him. It's a very basic smartwatch. But for $20, you shouldn't expect it to be anything more than that. So I wasn't disappointed in it. It takes about 2-3 hours to fully charge. The instructions are a little confusing, but I was able to figure it out fairly easily. The games are more old atari like, but my grandson is having fun playing them. It was easy to set the time, which is the main reason I got this for him. He can take pictures, there's a flashlight, all kinds of neat little things for him to discover with this smartwatch. I feel it's well worth spending $20 on.

It was easy to set up and holds a charge very well. I got it for my granddaughter, she loves having a watch just like all the grown-ups. She just loves to see the pictures and listen to her music on it! It is very durable too, she has been rough on it and it is still doing good.
