We are customers who bought this phone for our son and have been using it for almost two months . I can personally attest to the degree of assistance I received from it, so far never had screen crashes. We talked a lot about him getting a phone, but my concern was that my son would spend too much time on it. He can use his phone, and I can limit the amount of time he spends on it. It was so simple to set up that I jumped right in and had it done in minutes. Now our child has a fancy phone like his peers. So far, it’s cellular service has been quite reliable, with no coverage difficulties. This phone is exactly what I needed for my son. Specially when recently the desire for his first phone has grown, and I've been wary of all the fears that plague today's culture. and I'm relieved that I can now limit how much time he spend on applications. With amazing guaranteed prices and reasonable phone plans, the phone itself cannot be matched. I've spent few minutes with parental applications, but I didn't fully understand all phone’s features , but it appears to be very user-friendly, and the camera is amazing for the price.

I gave it to my daughter for her birthday, worked for two days and after that even when fully charged because it would atleast turned on to show me it was charging but once I unplugged it would not turn on at all. Couldn’t even reset it to returned it for a refund. I went to a pawn shop and got me another phone that would work.

Bought this for my son, mainly to entertain him while we are outside(restaurants etc.)and we can’t have his tablet. Wish wasn’t that small, but otherwise is fine. It has basic kids friendly apps, and some AR with the camera, that is not good quality, but considering it’s purpose is worth it.

This is not worth the money I brought this hoping my grand kid can use this as a phone and text to practice but I could not. I brought a sims card then I couldn’t use it as a phone and the picture quality is horrible.
