UPDATE: After my refund was processed (it's crazy the stuff you can do, that you thought you couldn't do, when you need to do it! I did carry this scooter and giant shipping box half a mile up the road, kids in tow, after all!) Gobazaar was finally able to contact me about this order. Which really is a shame, I wish they could've contacted me earlier but I can't say for sure that they even had the option to before my refund was processed. It is even more of a shame that they were able to inform me that pieces 3, 5, and 7 were there the whole time, already built in to the scooter! I wish I had looked at it more closely. But to be honest, I feel it is for the best that I returned this scooter and went for one that I could more easily get customer service on in case anything went wrong. It was just such a headache to get any answers other than "return it". And that's such a wasteful way to deal with things! Very irresponsible on Amazon's part. Seller needs to take care and update their user manual accordingly, and keep in mind from now on that Amazon will severely restrict their ability to communicate with the customer. This isn't taobao (though it kind of looks like it nowadays!) Consider putting in your contact info on a slip of paper into the package, so that customers can email you directly with concerns! I do not want to deal with Amazon for things like this so I ordered a different scooter from Best Buy instead! Added a star because I wanted so badly to like this scooter, it looked awesome. Seller was likely as helpful as they could possibly be considering Amazon's terrible policies. With a few tweaks this could be a great buying experience for someone else, like if they read this review and knew about the outdated manual for example. With free returns you can afford to gamble on problems like this happening, but unfortunately it is a very wasteful way to do business and I don't care for it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This scooter looks so fun and we were so excited to set it up. Unfortunately it is missing crucial hardware needed to assemble it. Now really this seems like a problem that has a cheap and easy solution: the seller/manufacturer should be able to send me the missing parts (per the image, parts 3, 5, and 7). But after spending time talking to a member of Amazon's customer service team (who was lovely by the way) it was clear to me that they were not given any tools that could actually address this problem. The link I was given to connect with the seller brought me right back to Amazon's chat bot that I had already exhausted options from while trying to connect with Gobazaar. Amazon's only solution to this problem is a full-blown refund/replacement, and they seem to be intent on preventing me from contacting Gobazaar (who I would assume would also prefer to just mail me three tiny hardware pieces). What gives? It is an entire scooter and to return it is a thousand times more difficult for me then to receive it (no car + two kids I have to drag with me anywhere I go [hence why I needed a scooter for them!!]). I hate to leave a bad review for a product that as far as I know is excellent quality. But I'm not very happy about having to drag this giant box even a single block down the road while trying to manage my kids. Gobazaar if you can make this right, I would love to receive parts 3, 5, and 7 from you and update my review accordingly. If I end up having to return this though, I think it's a fair reflection of my experience considering the headache and lost time this purchase will have caused me. It's not Gobazaar's fault but it is still the case that buying this product could end up in a giant headache, and I think others should be aware of that.

We bought these scooters for our daughters and they love them. We had some issuses with one of the scooters not going as fast as the other. The customer support is GREAT!!! They worked through it with us every step of the way. The scooters are durable and can be road on hard top or a smoother dirt road. They still get up to top speed on our smooth dirt road!

Overall, easy to set up and ride it smoothly.After charging, my kid tried it out and she loves this scooter. The maximum speed is about 8 mph or 10 mph, and it’s very suitable for the beginners. My son got hurt when he tried the adult scooter, so we chose the low speed one. Also my little girl likes the Led lights around the pedal. We highly recommend this product.

Fun little scooter! What my 8- and 12yo daughters like: nice size, fit and adjustment; cool LED lights; mini kickstand; smooth ride and easy to use! What I like: speed is not too fast and not too slow. It's not intended to be, nor would you want it to be, a Ducati. Very comfortable to ride with straightforward and uncomplicated controls for moving and stopping. Weight is nicely balanced and not too heavy with good battery longevity. Very happy with this pick-up

So first off, this is a nice solid scooter. Great tension and movement of both the throttle and the "e brake" , wheels move so smoothly (and larger wheels, great for electric as well as rougher or even gravel roads that we have) Really overall at first glance it's about perfect. Easy to assemble, height adjustable and safely features. But, a few gripes. Oddly,much of what I see in this listing shows either wrong information from what I received, or just missed something huge. First off, the wrong info. In my manual to change speeds it states to double press the throttle for "gear 2" and double press again for "gear 3" and then again to return to 1. On here is shows to hold the power button. Haven't tried this. It might work, it what a pain if you're trying to ride this and adjust as you go. No thank you. But thankfully ours adjusts with the throttle trigger. Same with changing from mph to mph. Just a triple press on the throttle (while powered on) Now a bigger gripe.while not necessary, a huge feature shown on our box as well as in our manual (for the specific model that we received) it is supposed to have Bluetooth to connect to a phone or other music player to actually play music while you ride. The lights are then supposed to go along with the music. It even has the speaker holes on the bottom of the scooter as the instructions show. Problsm is that the instructions that are given don't seem to work and are unable to get it to connect. Supposedly you search on your phone and when you turn on the scooter, Bluetooth is supposed to be on once the scooter "boots up" as it puts in on the manual. This feature is obviously only on one particular model of the scooter as it also says in the manual but on the box, manual and scooter itself this is the exact .oddly number we received.(light blue model) We can do everything else as stated..lights off,on etc but the gear changing (which also on ours says that gear 1 takes to 8mph, gear 2to 15mph and gear 3unlimited (which not sure what that means yet. Even e bikes are limited to 20 as a class 2ebike in most states) Now, back to some basics on my review. The rear brake is perfect. Is a separate piece that is spring loaded and pressed nice and firmly on the rear tire to stop you. The kickstand is also spring loaded and padded,holds the scooter upright perfectly. Nice wide, silicon padded base holds and grips well. Handlebars are comfortable (although the right side is backwards threaded so keep this in mind when tightening) Unit is NOT foldable and if you tighten the clamp at the bottom of the stick as you should, it doesn't pop off easily either. However since there is a coiled wire (nice and thick) going through the handle into the base, taking it off just exposes to more damage possibility. It IS heavy. Don't let others fool you. It does have electronics, motor and battery inside...and this does add weight. Ck.bine that with not folding and it can be a bit more tricky to pack around. Also be aware the throttle doesn't just "go" when you press it. It won't do anything until you've got the rear wheel moving a bit on its own. (Can test it by carefully positioning the scooter with rear wheel off ground, holding throttle and spinning the wheel by hand.) So don't worry when you try it and can't get itmoving. give a push first and hold throttle while you do this. E brake isn't so much a hard brake. They do say it's anti lock, and what we've noticed is the motor stops instantly and there seems to be a bit of resistance. But it's not a BRAKE as one would expect so don't rely on it in an emergency. Get used to that rear brake, and letting go of the throttle. Side note,charger cover won't stay in, so if yours is the same then be careful around puddles. Don't want water getting in there. Also not sure how tight speaker holes are.if yours has them I guess. Last thing...listing shows in specs that it has front suspension.it does not. But this really is, functionally, an awesome solid blast of a scooter. Careful with little kids as it is really a capable e scooter. Top speed is fast . think about that. I recommend full pads and helmet. No keys required and don't see that the battery is removable.

The title of the product certainly does outline the kids use, I just wanted to reiterate that the motor on this thing is pretty small, so while it will definitely take a kid to new speeds, adults won't get that same joy (spoken from someone who may or may not have attempted to use it as an adult). It was easy to assemble - we got it out of the box, put together and charging within a few minutes. It has a quality rubber base and feels nice to the touch! The LED lights certainly are notable as well. A few things that I will note as potential issues (but definitely not deal-breakers from my POV): - The interface and changing drive modes (allowing it to go faster) didn't work consistently (felt like I was back in the Nintendo days trying to type in a cheat code in order to get the modes to switch). But I can confirm it works, maybe I/my kids just don't have the right touch. - On the instructions it says there is a bluetooth connection available to connect to your phone to get music to play on a speaker at the bottom and the LED lights will interact with the music. I could never get my device (iPhone) to even see it as a pairing option. Again, not a dealbreaker for me - but if you were hoping to fire up some Yacht Rock for the kiddos, it may present an issue. All in all, if your kids are looking for a little oomf on their scooter ride, for the price I think this is a good deal!

I'm 5'0 / 120lb and got this kid's scooter for my adult self. It's definitely not as fast as an adult electric scooter, but I average around 9mph on flat pavement, which is plenty fast for me without feeling out of control. It's also a LOT lighter than other electric scooters I've used, which is a plus. A few nitpicks: - You can't turn the lights off. They look very silly and unnecessarily waste the battery, which is kind of annoying. - The scooter beeps every time you engage the throttle (and sometimes even when you're holding it down for awhile). - The battery indicator is fairly useless. It fluctuates seemingly randomly (up and down) as I zip around town, so I never know how much battery power is left. Besides those minor annoyances, it works pretty well for this small adult! Great for riding into town if you live a couple miles away like I do.
