The media could not be loaded. Revised: Loved the chairs but after only 5 uses the bottom knob feel off. When putting back together the part you screw into went in and broke. AMAZON DID NOTHING! I understand it’s outside the window but for the price it should last over 6 months and more then 5 uses! Will never purchase again!!! After the company heard about the chair they reached out to me and asked for pictures. They were very kind and easy to deal with. After seeing the pictures they sent a replacement chair! They were great to deal with and wish every company stuck by their product and had such great customer service! ... show more

    • Nice looking. But QC problems
Bought these chairs as a bit of an experiment to see if we could find nice chairs on Amazon. We went to some local furniture stores and most didn’t have anything available for months. Went to Restoration Hardware, the chairs were $600-700 and 6 months out shipping. The great thing about these chairs is they look much more expensive than they are and you can have them at your door in 2 days. The bad thing is 1 of the 4 we ordered had the screw holes misaligned so the chair could not be built. Amazon is great as always with customer service and agreed to replace the chairs but still a hassle to break the chairs down and pack them up, load to the UPS store, etc. - they’re fairly heavy and awkward to transport unless you have a large SUV or van when boxed up. The replacement order was supposed to arrive and Amazon showed it as being delivered but it never came and we never signed for it. So again they shipped a 3rd set of chairs. A little bit of back and forth but overall…The chairs are nice. And have already had a number of compliments on them. ... show more

Fits the dining room perfectly. Each leg has an adjustable foot that I wrapped a strip of electrical tape just to secure it in place. Really happy with the feel and the look.

I was looking for 2 chairs to use at my chess table. The style and size of these work beautifully for me. These are really very attractive chairs. The stitch work is flawless, the material feels nice, and they have a minimalist sophistication to them. Assembly is just a matter of screwing in the 4 legs. What doesn’t give me confidence is they they never seem to want to stop turning, even when you think they’ve gotten more than enough torque. Usually you want to feel like it won’t turn anymore. I didn’t get that feeling here and I have put together many chairs. However, they have been solid to sit on. There’s no indication of a wobble or looseness. So maybe that’s just a feeling and the reality is fine. As for comfort, they are ok. I don’t mind sitting in them to play a game of chess. However, they won’t be winning any comfort awards. Smaller individuals and kids may find them more comfortable. Let’s just say they are not uncomfortable. Overall, good buy and a nice looking set of chairs. ... show more
