Expect this to take a day or two maybe more to build it. Have some extra hand to help! It’s sturdy and real wood. None of the wood came damaged all was in perfect condition. Most importantly my kids love it even my teenagers lol.

Product was exactly as described. The wood is cedar so it smells pretty great as you're assembling everything. All the pre-drilled holes are where they needed to be, no surprises. The instructions are pretty clear and easy to understand if you take your time, unpack all the materials and sort them in numerical order for ease of access. I'm an experienced carpenter and it still took me 2 and a half days to put together, so set some time aside. Even though the wood comes pre-treated, you will have to apply a coat of water seal every year just to prevent rapid deterioration. The only negative I will say is I was shorted about a dozen of the S6 screws. I have a local hardware store around the corner from the house, so I was back in business within 10 minutes.
