I ordered this product by mistake. I need a blender for making tomato paste, ginger garlic paste, (mint, cilantro, green chilli) paste and onion paste but I didn't know before that this is not suitable for making the above-mentioned paste. Candidly speaking the blender is good but I ordered it unknowingly and was disappointed yeah it is my mistake I admit it. The blender is good for making protein shakes and smoothies. But I needed a blender that could make the above paste so I returned it. Though I'm an Indian I expected this for making typical Indian pastes but this is suitable for what it is made for.

First, I posted a question on dishwasher safe; instructions book that comes with it says: NOT Dishwasher safe. No big deal to clean by hand, just wanted a reply from KIDILSE, not on website description... And book says to run for thirty seconds only...Huh? didn't say that on website description....Why? I did a smoothy with frozen strawberries and banana, stopped in about minute, smelled smoke/melting motor. On the way back, sorry :* Really nice size, glass pitcher, good lid, why don't they make a strong motor for it?

I chose this one because the price was good, it held more than the other mixer I was looking at, and I loved the retro look and the knob control. It arrived, I opened it up and loved how it looked! I set it up and tested it out and thought "cool. Very simple and looks great." I used it and it worked fine. The following day I went to use it again and the 1 and 2 settings on the knob didn't work. Only the pulse setting worked. I assume I just got a defective one? But it worked fine the one time I used it before. Disappointing. UPDATE: The new one I got is working well. I have to admit that I test it just about everyday, turning the knob to 1 or 2 just to make sure. It blends very well and quicker and to a smoother consistency than the last blender I had. I am still not convinced it will last because of the experience with my first try with this blender, but so far so good with the replacement. It's a good size for what I need. The look reminds me of a vintage blender in a diner that would be used to make milkshakes

When our last blender broke, we decided, that we didn't need 15 settings and speed options. We generally, are just blending something that doesn't really work well with our submersible blender. This was inexpensive and has very few settings, so we decided to try it. It has yet to disappoint in any way. The description says 'self clearning' by just adding hot water and turning it on. That may be best because, although the base unscrews, we have not figured out how to separate it from the glass jar. The blade is bigger than the hole in the bottom. Not really a problem. We like it.

I’ve used several high dollar blenders and this one is just as high quality if not better! This inexpensive blender has power, smaller to save on counter space, and has a glass pitcher which is better than the plastic ones that warp in the dishwasher. I’ve been using this daily for a few months with no issues. I would highly recommend this blender to anyone!
