Perfect Costume
I used this for a friend's birthday party, themed "R". The mask is perfect and the little money bag was so cute!

One size fits MOST
Overall, I like this costume, especially since it is very inexpensive compared to other costume sets I looked at. It includes the shirt, hat, mask, and a little money bag. The one caveat about the shirt is that they're serious when they say "fits most". I have a 44" chest, and it fit snugly similar to a cyclist jersey. It is made out of a polyester spandex-like material, so there is some stretchability, but I do not think it would be comfortable for anyone larger than I am. The shirt collar is split in the back with an opening about 6" long down the back to make it easier to pull over your head. The collar secures with a piece of velcro, which works quite well. I purchased two sets (one for me, one for my wife), and on one of the shirts, the stripes were misaligned at the rear seam, but again, it costs less than $20. The mask is cut out from a piece of felt and is not contoured in any way, so towards the end of the evening, it was somewhat folding in on itself and I found it difficult to keep in place. Despite these things, I thought it was a good value and would recommend it as long as you're a 44 chest or smaller.

Missing pieces!
I am very annoyed, this product states comes with mask and hat but didn’t! I am traveling and will be out of country so i don’t even have time to return and order a new one :-(! Very unsatisfied/unhappy! Now its just a shirt and the tiny money bag! Ruined my idea for couple’s costume (cop and a robber).

Okay for the price
I think for the price it is good. Some reviewers said the shirt was small. but it is stretchy so it was not a problem. I thought it fit fine. The mask looks like a little kid cut it out of felt, but it worked okay. The back of the shirt is where the seam is, and the stripes don't quite line up.

Good for the "Schmedium" man (small/medium)
This costume work great for my husband. He trouble finding costumes that fit because he is on the shorter/thinner side and most One Size Fits All are too big. This fit him well. He is 5'6 and 155lbs for reference. Comes with mask, shirt, money bag and hat.

I let my daughter pick our halloween costumes this year. This is mine and she is a police officer. I didn't want to spend much money. This is great! For the price, i'm very happy with this costume.
