I had 4 of these installed in the factory speaker locations in my 2013 Accord. I also had a Kicker 47KEY200.4 Compact 4-channel car amplifier installed, as well as a Pioneer TS-WX130DA Compact Series 8" x 5-1/4" - 160 W Max Power - Compact Active Subwoofer. This is an excellent set-up, incredibly clear and LOUD! So much so that I can't turn it up more than halfway without risking serious ear damage. The amp sets a perfect soundstage with all the sound front and center with a 40 band internal equalizer and DSP. Both the amp and sub fit easily under the driver's seat and utilize the stock head unit. I can't recommend this relatively low cost system highly enough for a great car audio setup. ... show more

I bought a set of kicker CS for my s10 door speakers in high school and loved them. So I thought I'd get a set of the better ones for my 2001 silverado door speakers. KS is suppose to be a step up but I don't think it is. They are still great speakers but my CS had more bass to them. These are better highs tho. ... show more

First off all I can say is WOW! I bought two sets of these for my 2003 Tahoe. The speakers were factory and just started to blow. I went with the 6.75" speakers over the 6.5" speakers because I knew they would fit and they get a little more low end oomph. The install was fairly easy. The grill adapters that came with it were confusing at first but once I figured them out, it was a breeze. You will need SELF TAPPING screws for the install. The screws they give you are for the grills if you choose to use them, which I did not. I used 3/4" panheads and I would say if I were to change anything I would go 1" for the extra length. The sound... wow! They blow away my factory speakers (of course) but jeez they hit so hard!!! They sound so clean, and so full I am super impressed! I was gonna go component speakers but these were such a deal and low hassle. I AM SO HAPPY! I am NOT running the factory stereo, I have a Sony XAV-AX7000 and it's a bumping 100w×4 just the perfect power for these puppies. Final thoughts.... these are BUMPIN' on a budget. Rear door replacement for older Image Dynamics coaxials. Shallow mount which makes it a fit for many applications. Really clean, bright speakers, with sufficient mid bass, especially for the price. Make sure the amp is tuned properly and they will serve you well. Good power handling.

    • Not bad wouldn’t buy again
There alright speakers the have good bass and all but not loud enough for me and I have to almost crank my head unit out just to hear them with the windows down in my truck and it’s a single cab truck I expected more from kicker I think I’ll stick to rockford Fosgate speakers from now on
