I have been researching dip sets for awhile now, watching videos and reading reviews. I bought this one because it seemed like the best one. Oh my God!!! I love it. I have gotten my nails done for years, and was never satisfied with the job. They would lift, they were bulky, bad shaping. If you follow the directions you will come out with a bomb set. I even did the Apex step🤯 encapsulating glitter, rhinestones and charms is super simple and looks real good. This set is amazing, just make sure u have everything u think might want or need ready and out when u start. And watch their YouTube videos, I still rewatch them. I knew exactly what u was supposed to do before doing it. I've only done this once but they look professional, excited to try new techniques and colors! **The picture is of my right hand(I'm right handed) and yes my hands are super dry, I have I am washing my hands alot right now, as I'm sure you guys are too👍** and the pic is day five** ... show more

All I can say is wow! I wish I had learned about dip powders a long time ago, I would have saved thousands in salon visits. Growing out my nails has never been so easy! The application process was so simple. I have tried doing acrylic nails at home and it's such a pain and stinks up the whole house. There was zero foul nail salon stench with the KS Dip powders! So pleased! I am excited to begin growing out my nails again and with this kit it makes it so easy. My nails are short right now but the application time for me as a first time dipper was approx. 1 hour. WIN! ETA: I purchased the French kit but with growing out my nails I decided to stick to no color for now until they get a bit longer. Just the "natural" powder is on my nails. ... show more

    • Not worth it
Now that I know better I’d never recommend it. Price vs quality is trash. The brushes constantly pop off the brush, avoiding cross contamination is nearly impossible, product drys because you open the bottle to use it, and the smell is horrible. You can get a $20 set for less issues. I can’t recommend it not for the quality and not for the price. NP and NSI have better products for the same price range and or cheaper. NP is accessible for those without a license. If Amazon is your only choice I say try a different brand. KS to me is a horrible choice for dip and gel colors. ... show more

My base coat top broke when I opened it, and my sealing one was empty. I've bought three other ones that worked really well though.

    • Check return policy before ordering. Wish I could return!
Multiple things are disappointing about this kit: 1. Following the directions included in the kit leave you with an awful looking manicure. I followed tutorials online, but still have not achieved a salon worthy look. I have had my nails done at the salon with this same brand, so I'm not sure if they changed quality for this kit, but it is not the same as you get in the salon. 2. The texture of the nail is rough after the final step and I have not been able to get a smooth finish. 3. All of the pink colors look essentially the same. Initially I bought this kit thinking I would have three different pink's to choose from, but one is essentially pigment free and very close to the "natural" dip color and the other two look the same. 4. I am very disappointed this item can not be returned. I have never been so disappointed in an Amazon purchase. ... show more

In LOVE!!! My salon always used the SNS which I like as well. But decided to try this based on IG videos and reviews. Let’s just say it’s beyond amazing!! My nails were so short from being broken & in one week the length they have grown is amazing! My husband has been doing them due to Covid & it’s so easy to learn!! I’ve decided that even after the quarantine is over that I’m going to just do my nails & my three daughters nails from home. After researching I learned how dipping your nails after strangers have dipped there nails is very unhygienic & can risk exposing you to fungus and other things.
