I’ve gone to the salon before and gotten acrylic nails before. I never tried dip but when a friend told me to try this Azure beauty kit at home- I had to do it! Her nails looked professionally done. She did them herself! This is way cheaper than the salon and I have done my nails now enough times that I can do an honest review for this product. I’ve maybe changed the dip and color at least 7-10 times. It gets better each time I do them. Mostly because I learn to go slow and take my time. It helps to prep your nails ahead of the dip. Trim the nails, file them. Cut back your cuticles and then you will have great results. I’m so happy every time I do these nails at home now. The kit has lots of colors and it’s easy to do. The gel top dries pretty quick and the polish lasts far longer than regular polish. It’s a lot stronger too. It’s a cross between reg polish and acrylic! These are my real nails. Some use tips but I shaped my nails into a square shape and it’s my own natural nail. I feel beautiful and my coworkers have complimented me on them. I feel like I’ve gone to the salon at 1/3rd the price. Doing the nails at home is nice. Saves you time and money. The dip kit will last a very long time. Lots of powder and it’s fine. Does not feel rough or grainy. This is my 3rd kit I’ve purchased. I’ve gotten a natural color one too with browns and pinks. Then a purple-toned kit as well. This one here has a lot of vibrant colors. I’d 32 pcs. Azure beauty has a lot of colors!! Smaller kits or bigger kits. I’m always looking for more colors and combos. I’m set I think for a bit! Basically have lots of options for colors! I look forward to doing my nails now each time! Also? I wash a lot of dishes (daily)…and I garden with my bare hands. This doesn’t chip easily. Regular polish chipped after 1 day. Get this kit!! It’s really great! You won’t ever go back to regular nail polish again. I know I won’t!

So far I am loving this product. It has plenty of colors to pick from, which is great and that also gives a chance to do multiple combinations. It is durable, it doesn’t chip easily. I had my nails done for 2 weeks and they didn’t chip, I got bored with the color I picked so I removed them and gave my self a new set, but I am sure they would’ve lasted longer. I have to mention that I am a home maker and do a lot of house chores and the product was able to stand all that. So I guess if you’re looking for something durable, this brand is a good option, also cheap compared to other brands. It also saves me a lot of time compared to gel nails.

Did my 9 year olds nails. The colors are beautiful! Easy to use as a first timer. Well priced for what you recieve. Highly recommend. We dont get to the nail shop often between sports and work. This is a great alternative to still have purchased nails done also for a snippet of the price

So I bought this because I want to get into dip powder and this had a great variety. The first time I did, this was with the hot pink eye, showing it chipped a day or two after I had done it, which was so upsetting. I tried again doing a light pink with one layer of the glitter color on top and literally after I finished one of my nails shipped, not even 30 minutes after at this point I was over it, and I was going to return this because I had also read other reviews that theres chipped and it didn’t work for them so they returned it. But then I did my research to see what I could do to prevent it and I read that you need to do at least 3+ layers of dip powder and I realized I was only doing one or some times just two thin layers. So I redid the hot pink and even though it looked too chunky at first once you use the file block to file a down/even it out it looks perfect. It does not look bad at all and this lasted me a whole week, technically, It could’ve lasted me more but I decided to change colors after the week. I have not had any issues since then. So definitely do a least three even four layers. I know it might look bad at first but I promise you after you file it down a little smoothing them out they will look good. I gave this 4 stars because for one the scent of these powders is horrible, not horrible like it stinks but it is such a strong smell, so definitely do it outside, I did it inside my room the first time and it was the worst thing possible but when I did it outside the next few times, you barely even get the scent of it because the air washes it away. I also give it four stars because the topcoat is not the cutest or the best. It doesn’t really give it a shine like a gel topcoat would give your nails. It’s like a muted shiny coat which is not cute so I am definitely going to purchase a topcoat from another company . And also because my own mistake I didn’t realize these were all mainly neon colors so it wasn’t too bad right now since it is summer, so the colors go good with summer, but I am definitely going to buy a different set of colors in the future. I wouldn’t mind repurchasing from this company, but I will probably look into other brands to see if they have powders that aren’t as fumey smelling as these.

Be sure to use the color guide, as dip colors do not look the same when they dry! Durable and lasts for about a week without chipping. Be sure to cap the nails to make them last longer!

This set was decent. It’s good for beginners who are practicing. Overall the quality isn’t great, but it’s okay. The buffer works, but not long term. It started flaking off after about 4 uses. The powder dip works well, but started chipping after a day or two. The base coat is just nail glue, but gets the job done. Overall it does work and the colors are pretty and pigmented.

I was really excited about trying this out and I wasn't disappointed. I chose the autumn greens and browns option. There's a lot of purples in there too. Not many truely light colors but I usually like the darker colors better. I wasn't sure what the colors were gonna end up like since the powder color is a little different than once it's activated. I didn't see many other people who showed examples of each color so I decided to make my own swatches so I wouldn't have to guess which ones were which. Most important thing to note about this for me- I was specifically looking for something that was gonna hold up to what I put my nails through. I'm a bit OCD and fidgety, any little imperfections on my nails make me pick and tare at them until my nails and skin around my nails is raw. I used to rip my nails off down to the nub. I also do a lot of cleaning and scrubbing that messes them up a lot. I'm usually doing good if I can get nail polish to last for 3 days without peeling it all off. The dip polish is solid enough that I can keep them on for 2 weeks at a time. A normal person could probably get 3 or 4 weeks out of these easy, depending on how fast their nails grow and if you can get good at applying the base coat and powder evenly. I've had my nails done with Dip powder at a salon before and they didn't last through the next day because there was an imperfection on them and I ended up ripping all of them off cause I couldn't stand it (which is really horrible for your nails and is quite painful, definitely use acetone and remove the dip polish properly) The nice thing about having your own set is you can go back and fix any little issues yourself until it's to your own standards. It's taken some practice and it does take quite a bit of time to get it just right but I think it's a lot of fun personally. And it saved soooooo much money. I've had a few people already thinking that they were professionally done. If you have patience, want to save money and are maybe just a little OCD this is the right thing for you. Seems like you can get quite a few uses out of each color as well especially if you're careful. Overall I'm incredibly pleased with this and I don't see myself tiring of it anytime soon.
