I am not one to review, ever, but I wanted to take time to comment on this product after reading reviews and purchasing this item and using it. For one thing, I am not a girly-girl by any means and occasionally will do my nails or go to the salon to have them done. But the salon is getting expensive, never mind tipping. I have always loved gel polish as it stays on for weeks and there is no waiting time to let gel polish dry. I have also wanted my own gel kit so I could just do it myself for a one time expense. I was skeptical of buying a $40.00 product because $40.00 pretty much covers one nail salon visit. This kit is hands down AMAZING. The packaging was neat and appropriate and when I opened up the box, it was like I had my own nail salon in my living room. The tools this came with were the same tools a professional would use. They gave you polish remover wipes, nail clippers, cuticle remover product (which smells amazing) and cuticle remover tools. They even provide a pouch to put all the tools in when not in use to store away. THE GEL COLORS ARE WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE!!! This comes with 6 neutral gel colors, 2 of them being glitter gels. The UV light has specific settings and timers to customize your experience. This was easy to use!! I washed my hands, trimmed back my cuticles, washed my hands again, applied nail polish remover to dry out my nail, applied base coat (UV for 1 min and 30 sec), applied color (UV for 2 min), applied second coat (UV for 2 min), applied top coat (UV for 2 min). My nails were dry after this method - not sticky or smudgy - smooth and dry! I waited about 5 to 10 minutes to make sure they were set, and I completed a load of dishes (hand washed) and the polish was still vibrant and intact - no chips or smudges, just a smooth, shiny coat. I was impressed after this, hence, I took time to write this review. SO...If I (of all people) can complete this successfully....a monkey could. If you did not have successful results, you are doing it wrong.

For the price I was not expecting the quality I received. Absolutely love the colors and how smooth my nails are. I have never done my own dip powder manicure. The instructions that are in this kit are step by step. Also you get all the tools you need to accomplish a beautiful manicure. This is going to save me a lot of money by not going to the nail salon.

I love the colors ! Very bold and bright but also includes the more subtle tones. Hardens easily and very durable compared to other brands. These are the bigger containers too! Not the super tiny ones

Tired of reapplying traditional nail polish every two days, i wanted something more durable than that, but less expensive and complicated than gel or acrylic. This dip powder system is intuitive and it is a chemical rather than UV or air dry hardening process. The final finish feels sturdy and it is very glossy, making it look more expensive. I am now going to test the product for durability over time and will be back in a week or so. So far my only complaint is that some of the colors in the kit appear matte online, but there's no matte top coat included. If you try to achieve the matte look with buffing alone it looks unfinished imo.

Arrived from seller on time. Packaging is good. Application goes on nicely, at an affordable price. Powder should last for more than one application per color. Best to shape your nails by using a nail drill. Would recommend to purchase.

So this is my first time buying a dip powder kit off of Amazon. I would normally use the kiss dip powder kit from Walmart, but I decided to go with this kit that has a lot in it. When my package arrived, nothing was broken or damaged so that was an A+. When I was opening it on the other hand, I noticed that my topcoat applicator was broken and glued shut when I finally opened it it didn’t have a brush on the end so that threw me off in the beginning when I was opening it. As I took more things out of the box, nothing else was broken, thankfully!! 🙏🏽 So opening up the powders, they were really pigmented and smooth. They all come sealed and are a lot of colors for you to choose from so that’s nice. As for the basecoat topcoat and brush saver it seemed like they had already been used. The basecoat barely had any liquid in it, and the brush saver had barely any liquid in it as well. The basecoat was really strong. I almost wanted to get a face mask. The reviews are not lying when they say 👏🏽 that the base coat is strong because it is !! It smells like very strong fumes. The brush saver had no smell and the topcoat smells just like the basecoat. But if you have your own basecoat, topcoat and brush saver then you’re fine because these colors are pigmented and thick and easy to work with beginner friendly!! So besides that capitalize what are you waiting for? GET THE KIT SIS💅🏼👏🏽
