I am a mom to 7 kids and I don't have the time to sit down and use time consuming products. I also don't have the desire to pay tons of money at a salon and sacrifice time away from my family to get my nails done. So in the past I have tried different at home nail kit's to be able to save time, money and still get the "salon look" and that has the power to stay on my nails with everything I get into everyday. I have tried the gel polish in the store, also CND Shellac and drying it with the UV light and most recently I tried just plain old OPI from amazon and used the OPI fast drying topcoat. None of these stood the test of time, if they didn't smudge shortly after I got done painting them they would end up chipping and I would have awful looking nails. I would rather not paint my nails than have chipped nails. So I came across someone's facebook post last week and they were talking about dip powder at which time I decided to look into, a couple of youtube videos later I decided to purchase this product on Amazon. I received the product in the mail a couple of days ago, I just found the time last night to sit down and give it a try. It took me just one hour from start to finish to get done with my nails. There was no smudging, smearing, crinkling or any other damage done to the nails from not drying during the entire process. What I liked is that once you got the powder on and dried each layer it was dry no questions asked. Also let me just say you don't have to be a salon professional to use this product. This product is very easy to use, comes with great instruction's and all of the tools you need. Make sure that you follow the instructions and you will come out with a great SALON LOOK for a fraction of the cost. Plus with this kit you can do your nails and others many times. It doesn't take a lot of powder to do a whole set. They have a wonderful shine to them once you are complete and they feel very sturdy. Now to see how long they last........I will have to keep you updated on that. I would for sure buy this product as a gift and I will also continue to use this and probably eventually purchase other colors.

I honestly did not expect my first attempt at this to turn out as well as it did! It was much easier to apply and more forgiving than I expected. I also love the colors! What a large supply for such a great price. Now I wait and see how long the nails last... Will try to update! UPDATE: the nails typically last me about 15 days, and by then I'm usually taking them off due to out growth on my nails and not due to chipping or lifting. They can chip here and there (but I do work with my hands for work 8-12 hours a day) and I find it quite easy to fill in a chip with a good amount of buffing. I do notice they tend to chip more when I do a rushed job. If I really take my time and do my nails with care they with last quite a while. Very happy!

Although the colors are good and it’s fairly easy to use. There were no prep instructions. The product started peaking off or flaking off in about 5 days especially if I had my hands in water any of those days. I used a few methods that the salons use and none of them seemed to help with the product stating adhered for a week or longer. I usually don’t have to redo my nails weekly when I visited salons. So, while I was trying to save time and money- I really only saved some salon money. The product comes off easily with soak it but sadly it also comes off while doing dishes and cooking/baking/ cleaning.

Do not buy this product unless you want your nails and cuticles to hate you and want to spend hours removing it every time you want to repaint your nails. Pros: - great colors - powder seems good quality - the seal on the rims of each powder container prevented spillage during shipping Cons: - the step 1&3 bottle is basically super glue. If you get it on your skin, it's not coming off for a long time or without a fight. - the powder did not apply evenly and sections of my fingernail would have more powder than others. Created a bump on the nail - after completing steps on instructions, my nails required a lot of filing down of the color itself to make it even and smooth. Texture was a bit gritty - decided I didn't like the results and spent the next 2.5hrs watching a movie trying to remove the color from my nails. Only way to do it was to file down the color till you reach your nail. Soaking in nail polish remover didn't help at all. My cuticles hate me right now. Thank goodness I only painted one hand... I do NOT recommend this product. I only wore the nail polish for about 3 hours before I decided I didn't like it, but based on how hard it was to remove, I'm pretty sure this polish would stay on your nails while trying to climb up the walls of the pits of hell for eternity.

This was my first attempt with dip powder! I love it! This photo is 14 days! This is over my natural nails. I did have one crack on my other hand, but that was due to really whacking it good on a car door. I used the brush on remover on that nail, and it left zero damage to my nail! Then reapplied to just that nail and it’s been perfect since! I have already ordered more colors and more Base/Top and Activator because I know I will be using this for a long time!!

This is 1 week after application and I am very impressed. They hold so well. $35 once with some patience is way better than the nail salon prices. 10/10 ladies! Also when i bought this I also bought an electric nail drill which helped prep and even out!
